Used this hotel for a stop over whilst travelling from France to Spain. Its a little outside of the main part of Zaragoza. Was easy to find and Ana the receptionist was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a small fridge and a kettle. Good underground parking priced at 12 Euros - the only down side is that you cannot pre-book it which is a shame when you are travelling with a car load of luggage. Once you have secured a space you can enter and leave as many time as you require during your stay. There is also an electric charger i the garage which on this occasion we did not need to use. Walkable distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Overall a lovely hotel.

It was a phonemail location in Reus. Exploring the old square, shopping and of course the eating experience. Heck we took the 20min train to Tarragona for a beach day.

Air con didn’t work well. Room very sterile and basic I’ve stayed in many NH hotels they’re all the same like a hospital ward.

Nice hotel near central Reus and a short taxi drive to the airport. Only issue was that the air conditioning was non existent in our room and we were told we could not move to any other rooms. We got given a tower fan to help but it barely produced any cold air at all. This led to a particularly uncomfortable stay in the room, especially when with a young child. The staff were friendly and nice and the hotel was clean.

Apart from the constant banging from the staff in their room, this was a pretty good hotel. Parking is a bit expensive and awkward to park given the ringer is on the passenger side also.

Well located clean, good hotel. On site underground parking (approx Euro15/Night). Spacious room, clean and good size bathroom.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone was so kind and professional. There is only ice at the bar so if it’s your first time traveling to Spain know that. Otherwise all the normal amenities of a decent and clean hotel.

Super clean and comfortable. If you love to walk stay here it is perfect. We are big walkers so this location is great for us. It is on the edge of the downtown historic city center. So you start your day with a very nice breakfast and your on your way. Nice simple gym. Wish they had coffee/tea service in the room.

It was a clean quiet hotel due to covid I assume. It’s centrally located with a safe underground parking. The breakfasts were good and served quickly as you selected from the buffet. They had servers pick the food for you to avoid contact with multiple guest. Dinner was ok but better choices in town nearby.

The staff was very rude especially the guy at the front desk and a waitress at the restaurant.

Secure parking under the hotel was very helpful, especially after checkout.

I arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon but the bar was closed until 8pm and the restaurant was closed. However the room was really nice and comfortable.

Good Business Class Hotel, very quiet, stayed Sunday night so few guest, restaurant is closed on a Sunday, but there is a shopping mall up the road which has food outlets.

Check-in was smooth, room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely a must, it's really really good with a lot of healthy yet tasty options- even had freshly squeezed orange juice!

Good service - asked for pharmacy around and well advised. They have also a good restaurant. Really clean bedroom and very quiet.

I got exactly what I expected for my money. Good stuff!
