Great Breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times before. It has always been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful!!

Nice place

Every staff member was very helpful and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained, rooms were updated and beds super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered many selections. Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We arrived at 7:00 a.m. after a long overnight flight and were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately escorted us to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and refreshments while they stored our luggage. We spent the morning exploring Rome, and when we returned around noon, our upgraded room was already ready for us. We also received complimentary drinks on the rooftop bar, and all of the beverages in the mini fridge were complimentary too. Sebastian was especially helpful, taking the time to explain how to navigate the metro system and use taxis, which made getting around a very warm day much more manageable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options each morning. On one day, my daughter slept in, and the staff kindly allowed me to pack a light breakfast to take back to the room for her. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large balcony overlooking the street. One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside and watching Rome come to life in the morning and the evening crowds pass by at night. Honestly, though, the exceptional service made this a truly wonderful place to stay. I won't be staying anywhere else in Rome!

Overall great experience

Todo estuvo muy bien y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Pero como todos los hoteles en Europa es muy chico. Si quieres un masaje en el spa debes de apartar con tiempo. El servicio y almuerzo fue espectacular.

Friendly staff and great amenities

This is a great hotel! Well located. Nothing to complain about.

I only wish the room was a bit bigger but I understand it's Europe and hotel rooms are generally tiny. We had 3 large suitcases and there was barely any room to move or sit without bumping into something or each other. Even the bathroom/shower area is incredibly small. Everything else was great. Great spa with a free voucher for the first visit. Free welcome drinks at the rooftop restaurant. Free minibar in the room with drinks and snacks. Great location.

Lack of spa use

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located to some of the major sites. One feature that I loved was the mini bar being included with no extra fees for drinks/snacks. Ambrosia, the rooftop restaurant was nice as well. Love the views. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our two night stay.

Excellent staff, food, and service!!! We will be back.
