The hotel & staff could not have been any better. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 4 days later our experience was unbelievable. The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with a huge selection of food. I would like to give special thanks the Artemide’s entire staff for their kindness & help. We had never been to Rome before & I was worried about choosing the best hotel so we could have a great visit. I believe now that Hotel Artemide was the perfect choice.

The front desk staff, particularly one team member, came across as unwelcoming and overly formal rather than warm and hospitable — not the greeting experience one expects from a hotel. The level of helpfulness was unfortunately below expectations. For those considering a stay, you may find better options elsewhere. Regarding booking: contacting the hotel directly may result in better rates, as third-party platforms.

This was an outstanding stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and everything else Was very clean and exceptionally well done. We would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay. We also ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant. One of the best meals in Rome. An A+ across the board. Choose this hotel, it will exceed your expectations. .

Great stay with an extensive buffet breakfast and made to order options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a stocked mini fridge in the room with drinks (included). We took cabs to several restaurants I had booked through The Fork and tours I had booked through Trip Advisor (although you could walk). This is the sister hotel of Hotel Spadai in Rome with the same amenities. It was a flat rate of 50 euros for a taxi to the airport.

Excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Modern rooms with great amenities. Try the roof top terrace/bar/ restaurant, a perfect place to spend the evening! Breakfast was abundant with choices and cheerful staff, definitely the way to start your day!

Excellent short stay in Rome. They gave us complementary drinks at the café and rooftop bar, as well as early check in. They also upgraded our room for no cost- so overall excellent stay. The breakfast was also exceptional, even though you do have to pay about €15 per person but it was well worth it.
