Best stay in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for everything. 10/10

Room wasn't as clean as I'd have liked - other people's hair on the bathroom walls etc. Room was very nosiy until late at night due to roadworks and traffic noise. Staff refused to serve us drinks at the bar even though we asked to take them to our room because the bar had just closed (around 8pm).

Room was dirty and not even a toaster

Lovely staff, clean room but room very old, no ventilation in bathroom and no blinds on bathroom window, felt very exposed. Jug in the room was very black and burnt on the inside, needs replacing

My phone did not work. Someone came to check it twice and could not fix it. Said he would need to get the 'expert' to come and have a look, but no-one came. It was inconvenient, if I had any queries, I had to visit reception. After I told reception, they kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast. Also, the cupboard door handle housing the mini-fridge came off as the screws were loose. The bed and the pillows were very comfotable and I slept well.

The view of the ocean from my bed was good. Breakfast was great along with the staff at breakfast. The rooms are styled well with great lighting.

Clean room and was lovely.. upgraded us because booked room was not ready yet.. lifts were sometimes slow - waiting 5-7 mins for a lift!

Beach view was beautiful Great location but noisy traffic Hotel bar wasn’t open daily No room service We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning it was set too high. We had children with us and we had to wait till 3 pm to check in, with no allowance after asking multiple times, the girls got wet at the beach and needed to change.
