Easy check in, clean tidy spacious room, good food, easy check out

Breakfast amazing, staff friendly

Room only. Room 430. Room was excellent & spacious. Shower was large and hot. Only two minor niggles. Only one side of the bed has power sockets & the noise of air con units outside was very noticeable all night.

The receptionist was lovely, accommodated our needs in that my partner has a bad knee and the lift was broken so she gave us a ground floor room. I also asked for a bathroom with a bath, and she sorted that too.

Room was clean, modern, well designed and comfortable. Had all the necessary amenities. Very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was clean. The room was modern with a great shower. Hotel looks old from outside but impressive inside. Would stay again.

Amazing walk in shower and mega comfy bed. Spotless room with a safe and a handy small fridge. Excellent customer service throughout our stay.

Clean room, would have liked more refreshments in the room but appreciate for the very low rate why this is might be issue. Great location and parking.

Clean room

The room was well laid out with a great modern en-suite. Very clean and tidy throughout the hotel. Easy to park a check-in/ check-out. The staff we saw were all friendly.

Lovely

Warm friendly greeting from the two ladies on reception, checked us in promptly and explained how the parking worked. Room was big and very modern with really good amenities including a small fridge which was a great touch, the bar was good and staff friendly, all in all a great place to stay.

Comfortable overnight stay. Clean, modern room. Staff were friendly and supportive with mix up at breakfast. The room was advertised with a sofa bed but it wasn't a bed, just a small sofa. Regardless I would recommend the hote; also in close proximity to the motorway.

The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again.

Hotel has been refurbished and is clean, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have dinner or attended the bar, but breajfast was excellent . Not sure if there was a vegetarian option thiugh

Uncomfortable, hard bed. Noise, sounded like furniture being dragged around in night/early hours. Breakfast not great. Staff very nice.
