Enjoyed my stay

The room was very clean, big hotel. Easy to get to. The breakfast was good. You can’t walk to the airport even though it’s walking distance. A taxi was cheaper for 4 than getting the hopper bus You have to pay extra to park your car.

Excellent location and decent hotel but rooms starting to look a bit dated, comfy beds and good showers though.

This was everything I would want not only in an airport hotel, but any hotel in general. Everyone on the staff was sincerely eager to help especially SHANE. I will stay there again next time I’m overnight at Heathrow.

Convenient to the airport, knowledgeable, staff, hoopa bus convenient, nice dining room and pub.

WE WERE ONLY IN OUR ROOM FOR A SHORT TIME DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS. ASKED STAFF TO BOOK TAXI FOR 3.15AM BECAUSE OF EARLY FLIGHT. WHEN WE CAME TO RECEPTION IN THE MORNING NO TAXI HAD APPEARED. NO STAFF ON DESK SO WE HAD TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE TO HELP GET TAXI. DISAPPOINTING WHEN THIS WS ALL WE ASKED FO HELP WITH.

Hotel couldn’t accommodate my hour early check in which I asked for 2 months in advance due to a late check out. They were still late in the room being ready after the official check in time, told me to leave my luggage with them and come back later. When asked if they had a room I could just get changed in was told I’d have to down grade my room choice, I’d paid for a top price room for a special occasion.

Old moldy smell in the carpets. Bathroom air extractor not working. Bed was comfortable though. But room colours felt dull and depressing.

Conveniently located hotel with a very comfy bed. Feels impersonal, a little chaotic and lacking in customer service sadly.

Nice enough breakfast. We ate at the bar, which was ok, but overpriced.

Good location near the airport.

Hotel building is older, but well maintained. Room was clean, AC was powerful, restaurant had good food. Staff were helpful. Can be a long walk to rooms based on the building layout.

Not great

Rooms looked like I stepped back into 1986. Had to hunt for the kettle and coffee. Despite a cue leaving the door they had to check in spots and 1 of the Elevators only seemed to like the 3rd floor. Staff didn’t seemed bothered about anything.

Staff at reception was rude. Hotel itself offers excellent Location, easy access.

Good parking options clean good sized accommodations hot shower help with luggage

The style of the property was to my personal liking, a touch of the old world but still very modern and tasteful. The staff were always helpful, considering it being mainly an airport hotel, with constant movement of travelers waiting for connections. The restaurant was available to guests throughout the day which I found very help , especially while chilling out between flights, and again the restaurant staff were always helpful and attentive. All in all, a great Hotel!

Staff entered the room without knocking twice, first on the afternoon then at 8am in the morning. Never had that happen before. Room could’ve been cleaner, some stains in the bathroom. Overall hotel is quite dated and amenities are good but not enough weight equipment space for size of hotel.
