Overnight stay on the way to Switzerland, nice rooms and excellent dinner options.

Stopped for 1 night as we were traveling through to Italy. Perfect for what we needed. Easy check in, nice room, secure parking and easy close by places to grab something to eat.

Nothing much to stay , just another standard hotel nothing special

Best thing about this hotel is that it has car park which is free and is clean and rooms seem new - Negative - staff can not speak English and have 0 customer service skills found the reception staff especially rude

If you are on a driving holiday looking for a budget hotel with secure parking for 1 night it’s good for that. Gentleman on reception was good, thereafter the waiting staff were unmotivated and lacking enthusiasm or interest. Rooms were nice, great water bottle refil on each floor. Breakfast was ok.

Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too.

Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained and very friendly staff who speak great English. We used this hotel on a trip back from South of France and stayed here for two nights, with a day trip to Les Trois Forets Center Parcs which is under an hour away.

The general condition of the hotel was good, staff were helpful. The room was cramped with a small double bed. Breakfast was ok but lacked attention to stocking. The dinning area was being restricted before breakfast period had finished, guests were ushered away from tables to allow lunch setting to take place. Access for parking was good, I would stay again

Decent hotel for a one night stop over on our way to Italy. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Reasonable breakfast and service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great.

Very nice hotel with a heated pool and good restaurant. My husband and I stayed one night while visiting Nancy and we really enjoyed it. It was like a mini vacation!

It's a shame that air conditioning was out of the question. The Receptionist said she has to turn on the air conditioning for the whole building???? This is a Hotel, according to your amenities, you have an air conditioning and that was the reason for me booking this hotel 😭😭😭I had to open the window and bear the noise of the main road all night.Very disappointing.

Really excellent position on our route next to easy motorway connections. So clean, fresh-feeling, comfy, good-sized rooms. Used restaurant - food excellent! Friendly, polite staff. Good breakfast options - earl grey tea needs to go on the shopping list :-)

Great comfortable and modern hotel for stopover night with the family

We booked a room with an extra bed for a child, but unfortunately the bedding on the spare bed was very dirty, with hairs and marks all over the blanket and mucus on the pillow. Particularly during the current pandemic, we were really disappointed with this. We had arrived very late with tired children so didn’t want to ask for the bed to be changed so used the spare mattress underneath the single bed (which thankfully had clean sheets on it) and a spare blanket (also clean). It was such a disappointing oversight when everything else seemed fine. We had been so impressed with the evening reception staff dealing with a booking issue for another member of our party and being very welcoming and accommodating, but the morning staff seemed totally disinterested when we told them about the issue and offered no real apology or explanation.
