Everything was fantastic, but the woman who works at the cafeteria was rude, she needs to take some training to be more nice, polite and manner to customers. The rest was good.

Brilliant hotel & stay! Clean rooms with all we needed. Large bathroom & great shower. Pool area was clean & well kept. Breakfast had a great choice & tasted great! Ideal for our girls weekend away!

Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept.

Room was clean and staff very helpful when asking directions, couldn't fault anything, close to marina, close to local bus services ,highly recommended, good choice for breakfast

Immaculately clean throughout. Whilst bedroom was small (mentioned by other reviews too) it was modern and clean. Good balcony. Excellent rainfall shower. Combination safe and small fridge. Good AC. We paid for breakfast first morning at 20 euros each. Excellent choice of food. Remaining days we ate at the little cafe within the restaurant. They did eggs, toast, pastries a this was enough for us and very reasonably priced. Towels were provided for around the pool and you get these from the spa when you arrive. Can’t comment on the spa itself as we didn’t use it. Pool area good. Choice of 2 pools. Nice vibe and easy to relax. Pool bar was good. All staff were very polite, friendly and smartly dressed. We ate and drank around Santa Catalina most nights. 10-15 minute walk with good choice or bars and restaurants. Palma old town/Cathedral about 20-25 minute walk but it’s very pleasant walk along the palm tree lined front. All in all would highly recommend and would stay again if we came back to Palma.

A decent enough hotel though not exceptional: PROs Room simple but clean and well maintained Great gym, L nice pool and spa area, great massage therapies Pool area easy to get a lounger, two pools/areas to choose from Decent pool bar with friendly staff Good location in a pleasant residential neighborhood - away from the bustle of the city but very easy to get to it. A couple of good neighbourhood restaurants if you don’t fancy venturing far CONs Rather soulless - common parts clean and modern but not terribly luxurious or make you want to chill in them. Buffet breakfast poor - a range of choices but relatively limited and not good value for money One rather grumpy receptionist, the others very friendly and helpful In hindsight, the hotel falls between two stools - not a buzzy boutique hotel nor a fully-featured resort hotel. Somewhere in the middle. Which is fine but be aware. I probably overpaid for my room hence the slight disappointment - this is a good 100-150 a night option IMO - research alternatives before paying more than that.

Location is excellent away from the busy part but easily walkable into old town. Staff very helpful. Two lovely pools

Hotel was nice and clean - staff were super helpful and friendly. Located slightly outside of the main town but conveniently located for many good restaurants around 10mins walk away. The bus to the beach, Illetas was just 5mins walk from the main road and took around 20-25mins. Added bonus is the hotel had a pool for the kids to splash around in at the end of a long day. It’s not massive but enough for everyone to enjoy after a day out. Only negative is when I asked to borrow a few spoons, I was advised that it would cost €1 for a plastic spoon! Not something I’d expect from a 4* hotel! They waived this when I explained this is for kids snacks.

A clean, friendly and well located hotel in the heart of Mallorca. We enjoyed a lovely stay and was made to feel at home throughout.

Well appointed hotel a little out of the centre but much better value than many of the central boutique hotels

The Isla Mallorca is outstanding. The hotel is well maintained and the staff go out of their way to be welcoming, efficient, kind, and make you feel at home. We stay at the property twice a year and it gets better all the time. Shout out to Amable, the best cafe con leche ever. The team, Nelson, Daniel, the front desk staff, the wonderful team that serve breakfast and cocktails. To everyone thank you.

Beautiful pool, great rooms, and very helpful staff.

Comfortable rooms which were spacious and tidy. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety for all. Pool bar food and drink were great and reasonably priced. Spa area VERY slippy, would recommend they have someone clearing water more frequently. Would come again for sure.

Very friendly staff, clean and even left a complementary bottle of prosecco as it was my girlfriends birthday!

Ok property but very strict policies - charged a late checkout fee of €20 for 1 hour which was a result of misunderstanding. Wouldn’t be a first choice for my next visit to Palma as a result.

I stayed with 2 colleagues for a work trip and we had a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had work events. The swimming pool was small but not crowded, so room to swim. Spa was available at an extra charge.
