Generally, I found it to be over-priced and tardy. Dated, and not nearly up to the standard of any other Leonado hotel. The evening receptionist did not show a lot of enthusiasm in greeting a foreign paying Guest. Her standard of hospitality and empathy was below excellence.

The hotel is really nice and the staff as well, they are really kind. The room in general was very nice, except for the bathroom which was having issues for running the water out. Besides that I totally recommend it. I’m pretty sure the situation of the bathroom will be fixed

Nice location and easy access to everything. Great breakfast quality and option. quite area for good sleep. However, the wifi service is very poor, we had 4 days no wifi service at all due to broken service.

Stay only one night. Hotel has a good location, walking distance to the city center. We are satisfy with our stay. Clean and well equipped room. Quiet at night. Very good choice of food at breakfast. 😀❤️

I booked this hotel for a business trip. Location is great, they have free parking spots, and they have a candy bar. That was fun. The hotel rooms are good. I will stay there again.

It was our half way stop during longer journey. Hotel is located close to motorway and a free parking was a bonus. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Decent size room with comfy bed. Breakfast (in my opinion) was too pricey (€17/adult and €8.50/children) but there was good selection of food (hot & cold) and everything was tasty. Overall good stay.

This was a quick stop over to break up a long day of driving. Easy to find on maps, very close to the station if needed. Reception staff were helpful, room was quite small but for one night it was fine with us. The area is a little seedy but the hotel was convenient, clean and provided a good breakfast. Parking was free, an added bonus.

Was looking forward to my prepaid multi-thousand dollar stay at the hotel. Was unable to go and hotel Leonardo and Expedia offered no stay-postponement options or reimbursement options, they just took my money and hours on the phone with them got me no help.

A lovely hotel located in the centre of Karlsruhe, close to some restaurants and bars. The room was a good size, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY OR SENSITIVITY TO PERFUME!!!! I checked into the hotel, all seemed fine, the receptionist was very kind and quickly checked me in and I went up into my room. When I walked into the room I was smacked in the face with the strongest old lady perfume you could imagine. It made me sick. immediate head ache and queasiness. It’s no joke. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I honestly couldn’t believe that any hotel would think that doing that to the rooms would be acceptable. I opened the window to air out the room but nothing would help. The receptionist informed me that they heavily perfume all the rooms as a rule. He switched my room to try to be helpful, but there was no helping it, not even opening the window for a half hour. I had to book another hotel and leave - of course, I’m wondering what exactly they are trying to cover up with that horrible perfume, mold? I think it’s completely unfair NOT to advertise that on their page. It may seem trivial to some, but to me, it was making me feel sick with a headache, stomach ache and a scratchy throat. I’m also a singer and was in Karlsruhe for an audition, so my health, especially my throat, are very important. I’m truly a “roughing it” type of person, but bathing in old lady perfume is something I cannot handle, especially since the decision to ruin the room with the perfume was not in my control. I felt better once I left, but I probably won’t get my money back.
