The rooms are not soundproof , I would be over the phone at 7pm and having neighbours next door knock on the walls apparently saying it’s too loud? Also no heating

Good Hotel close to the main city area of Epernay. Small room but comfortable, breakfast provided had good options. A good 10-minute walk from the train station.

A very good stay in the central city district. All amenities are very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to answering questions beyond the hotel needs. Hotel comfortable and clean. No cause for complaint. The room modern with a good bed and the bathroom is in a very workable format. We would return here again without concern. A great stay.

Hotel has a good location with easy walking access to restaurants and sites of interest - we used the municipal car park which is underground and directly opposite the hotel but it is expensive - circa 25 euros per night. The bedroom was small - not much room for a suitcase.

Very friendly and convenient

Decent place. The rooms are a bit sparse and cheap feeling. Our non-smoking room didn't smell but the hallways, lobby, and lobby spaces reek of old smoke. Walkable (5-10 mins) from the main dining areas but would probably pay a little more to upgrade to a closer hotel that doesn't smell. Reminds me of being a kid in hotels from 20 years ago.

Convenient location, easy check in / out and parking close by. The decor is a bit much. Would be nice to have a fridge, safe and better sound proofing

The hotel is in a good central location within walking distance of all the town centre. Staff were helpful and the rooms clean and tidy.

Marc and Gérard were so helpful and welcoming to us, arriving after a long drive and confused about the parking. We brought our dog and she got a welcome pack and gift, which included local vet info in case it is needed. Good location to have a walk around town and find dinner. Bike lockers much appreciated. Would stay again if we did a stopover in Epernay.

The staff was awesome. The room was great for one person but too small for two.
