Terrible

We stayed for a BMX race in Abbotsford. The room was clean, and comfortable beds. The staff was willingness to allow us to bring our bikes into the room for safe keeping was a major plus. Looking forward to our next stay.

Room was clean, bed was big and nice & comfy. Good sized tv. Fridge did not work, but didn’t need it anyways. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. Will definitely be staying here again

Clean and welcoming

Great continental breakfast and very good location if you unfortunately have someone staying in the Abbotsford hospital. The room with the kitchenette was perfect for our stay, very roomy with good amenities

I am happy because they called me and returned my medicine which I forgot in hotel room, but overall I am not that satisfied with the services of hotel, they didn’t provide water on the day of arrival, and their breakfast is similar for both days, bathroom shower was not working properly. They have to do some improvements for guests.

Clean room great restaurant

Courteous staff, clean room and fast check in. Was given. Erin the farthest away from the lobby in another building. No coffee available there and in the main lobby the machine was under maintenance so not even hot water. Had to catch a 5 am flight so had to trek in the rain quite a distance outside to get to lobby.

We only stayed a short while since we had a very early morning flight but the room was very clean and the hotel extremely quiet. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.

Rooms where great and staff was very courteous.

Breakfast was great

The toilet was clogged every time we went to the washroom we need to plunge the toilet for it to flush. This didn’t just happen this is ongoing plumbing issues. That was disappointing. They did however send up a plunger after we requested. The hot tub is running at half capacity can’t even tell the jets are on and pool extremely dirty. There is a visible dirt ring above the water. Expected better from Best Western Plus.

Clean room and great breakfast

The Best Western hotels are generally consistent which I appreciate. My only issue with this one in particular is the amount of towels they provide or lack of in this case. When we travel, its nice to have more than one towel each, two is sufficient. Just a first world problem, but thats my only observation that I would change here.

The breakfast lady Joan was awesome. She was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me with any questions that I had. The houskeepers were good. The room was clean, service was good.

my stay at the best western was fantastic! absolutely amazing staff. Extremely freindly and very helpful. the room was very clean. A very special shout out to the breakfast crew. they were super freindly and had the food full and hot! Highly recommend staying at this bestwestern, you won't be dissapointed!
