Our one night stay was very enjoyable. It is a no frills hotel with everything you need for a cosy stay. Bar staff were helpful and could help us when we needed assistance.

Good accommodation for money

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast.

The breakfast area was not cleaned regularly in that the tables were just left and we had to clean a table ourselves. There was no places to charge phones. The staff we nice though

I arrived to find there was no hot water, which was disappointing after a long journey. However, it was fixed by the morning, and I appreciated the prompt resolution. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff was responsive. Free parking. 2 miles away from city centre. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location for accessing the motorway but it is not a good area for finding something to eat within easy walking distance. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but a lot of the bathroom fixtures were broken. And not much choice for breakfast if you are gluten free.

Water and Tea / Coffee not replaced daily in the room and one day not even cleaned / bed not made - Hotel ?

Great value for the price. Situated in the outskirts of Lyon center, cosy place, breakfast was adequate. Carpets could be removed to make the place a bit cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Getting there was interesting to say the least - would not have attempted without a GPS. Rooftop parking was tight but free. Apparently my definition of a king sized bed differs from the European definition, but the bed was comfortable enough. Could have used more bedside plugs. They have a great pet policy and I am happy that the surcharge was not excessive. Overall a pleasant stay. We did not have the breakfast so no comment there.

Property location is a little funky .... in a very busy area outside of Lyon. Free parking is on the roof. We had dinner at the hotel, and it was terrific. In addition, the free breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was courteous and friendly without exception.

Property was not in a convenient area for first timers in Lyon. Restaurant was closed our entire stay and had multiple issues with our room key.

Nice hotel, we’ve stayed there a number of times on our journeys through France . And for overnight stay good rooms and good restaurant and also free parking on roof of hotel with gates that were shut at night.

Location, organized parking on the roof, axes to the parking and to the property was OK. Restaurant does not work on Sunday!! We had smoke alarm, Irresponsible worker in the kitchen. We had to restart electronic key twice.....

They charged my credit card even though I already paid through Orbitz. It seems this is standard practice. Always check your credit card bill. I shouldn't have to worry about fraud when it comes to a brand such as Holiday Inn.
