The fire alarms were going off every 10 minutes starting at approximately 445 am and did not stop until a little after 6 am. They would not compensate me because I booked through Expedia and not directly through their website. When I arrived a man was at the front desk and he did not acknowledge me when I said hello to him. For 5 minutes he completely ignored me and then finally a female front desk agent came out and she was acting odd, like she was in trouble and was rushing me away from the desk.

The beds are ok but the bathroom tub was damaged and the carpet smells like dog urine as things a pet friendly hotel I assume the last guests had pets

I don't get any services from the first day through the last day, (clean up and bathroom stub). I Ever come back again even for a $5/night

Clean rooms, front desk very helpful, quiet, pet friendly and breakfast was good.

We came in for a night to get some rest. Arrived around 10:00 pm. The staff was nice but our room was dirty the tub was rusty the floors were dirty. The gentleman at the counter was very nice but when asked about parking he said park in the front or on the side but I would not recommend the back. That alone made us uncomfortable from the start. We went to bed and left by 6:00am the next day.

When we first checked in, we had a couch in our room that smelled of dog urine really bad we ended up having to switch rooms. The second room was a little bit better, but it still had a weird smell. Other than that it was fine could definitely be cleaner, but the free breakfast was good.

Beds were itchy and bathroom was dirty then was told they would move us. Gentlemen I spoke with was very kind. However they didn’t have a room and when they did it was higher floors which unfortunately we couldn’t take. When told to reach out for a refund they’re now refusing to do so. Very disappointing.

Property is in pretty good condition, quiet, easy online check in. Front desk staff is nice during check in.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was quite, clean and very comfortable.

Great value for a mid-week stay. Place was very clean, my room as well. This hotel is located in a great area. Just about any type of restaurant youre looking for within a short drive. Nice mall as well.

It was good for the time spent

Everyone at hotel was nice and friendly, breakfast was great. Only bad thing was that the tub was clogged so when tried showering the water stayed, so that was gross. The rooms do not have courtesy bottled waters

The property is nice. The bathroom area in the room i was in has a crack in the toilet (could have been superficial, not leaking). The bed was older, for being a suite you would expect a better bed.

I did like the hotel although the route from the main road to the hotel was kind of confusing. That’s the only negative part to staying there. The staff was awesome and the beds were comfy.

The staff across the board are excellent 24/7 and always helped with a genuine smile. Our room was ok but in need of advanced attention to upholstery and tub/shower. We travel with our dogs and so everything else was fine.

Very pet friendly and clean

Workers were nice and helpful. beds not the most comfortable. Hotel is a bit old and outdated.
