My mother and sister stayed at this property together after hiking the spiritual pilgrimage Francigena through Italy and stopped in Siena for 2 nights and a day. Overall the property is very stunning appearance wise, clean and fairly updated. Felt very safe for us ladies alone. The restaurant options at the hotel was lovely for breakfast and dinner and convenient! I must highlight something that soured my taste to which I’d never experienced at any hotel before… it was very disappointing they tried to charge us $300 to wash and dry a single load of our clothes combined from hiking. Everything we owned was soiled and as tourists we had nowhere else to go but the hotel and they knew that. We purchased the meal packages and the stay at the hotel ( which wasn’t the cheapest mind you ) to rest and rejuvenate to continue on our trek but instead we had to detour our plans and wear dirty clothes another day and walk into Sienna while lugging everything to a nearby laundromat and wait half the day for it to finish when in all reality the hotel we were staying at should’ve been able to accommodate something simple like that for a FRACTION of $300. Huge inconvenience. To be honest it felt like some sort of tourist scam which we did not appreciate at all and is pretty inconsiderate for all travelers hikers or not period. Some of the staff were absolutely kind and helpful and some were quite snobby unfortunately.

Easy walking distance to a good bus service minutes to the town centre in Siena suburb. Stayed 2 nights no complaints. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar was good. Breakfast good. Overall a good hotel.

Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay.

It is not in the city center and clearly serves mainly people using the hospital structure around the corner. It was the only option we could find during the Palio days in Siena, but it ended up being a good find: breakfast offers a great selection, the room was adequately spacious for 3 people, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A bus travels back and forth from Piazza del Sale in the very city center very frequently. The only negative thing: the linen on the additional bed wasn't exactly clean, but that can happen.

Plenty parking space and easy to park; convenient check in time; friendly staff; room and bedding are very clean; pretty good breakfast for free.

The climate in the hotel was so hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for 2 twin beeds and they gave us a room with one king bed. Employees said there was not advise about this requirement from hotels.com. There was a group of school's children so noisy during the breakfast and at night. All the rest was ok.

Unfortunately, my only recourse for a bad experience "out the gate" is to leave a bad review here. I made a reservation several days in advance - clicked book, and immediately realized that I had accidentally entered an extra day than I meant to. I wrote to ex pedia to try to correct the situation within 5 minutes of making the mistake, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. They could not refund or all me to cancel. I tried calling the property myself, thinking that if I spoke to another human, they might understand the mistake better. The woman I spoke with was very kind and sympathetic, but told me there was nothing to do, and that I had to p ay for the extra night. Definitely disappointing, for all parties, I'm sure.

L'hotel si trova in linea d'aria vicino alla stazione, è collegato bene (anche con il centro città) con degli autobus che fermano davanti. Bella camera e staff gentile, giusto la cabina doccia potrebbe essere migliore

Property was close to the train station , but if I returned to the area I would choose somewhere else to stay next time personally

We were in town for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Our room was warmer then we’d like even at the coolest temperature setting, it never got close to 23 degrees Celsius. Overall, a pleasant stay.
