Didn’t like being awakened one night at 2:30 am by some loud “furnace” noise within the building. TV “froze” one morning. Think the charge increase dramatically each day was exorbitant!

Clean, simple and hassle-free.

The staff are very friendly and the grounds are very nice. We had problems with the room and the breakfast was not always what was listed, to our dissappointment.

Our stay was great, no complaints

We got a good nights rest, breakfast was very yummy.

The laundry room is right under my room and it’s noisy.

Nice & quite place with a good breakfast. About 10 minutes from ucsb and easy to get there. Will stay here again

Good hotel, receptionist friendly

The room was very basic but had everything we needed for our one night stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit thick and not as soft/squishy as I like. It was very convenient to have the free breakfast buffet included, and the buffet was good with a lot of variety.

Great visit

Room was facing parking lot when asked for a garden view. Was placed in front of construction. Not to mention I asked If I could Add my stay to my best rewards program but wouldn’t even listen or budge . I must Say though I would definitely come back and can’t wait to give it another chance.

Excellent security, safe, clean, quiet

I really like this hotel. It's close to SBCC and UCSB where my son attends. I've stayed here 3 times in the last year. My one and only issue is you have to ask for house keeping. They don't automatically do it anymore. This place is getting a 3 this time because the person at the front desk didn't bother to ask me if I wanted it. I feel that's just a given and part of good customer service. And you have to ask the night before. Don't all in the morning they won't do it. Frankly the person on the phone was a bit glib about it. Now I know if I stay there again.

Beautiful grounds, clean room with comfortable beds and hearty breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would stay here again next time I’m visiting my son at UCSB.

Fridge smell horrible. Fridge did not work at all .

The room was extremely noisy, folks in the room next to us lots of yelling and screaming and loud d music or T.V . The grounds keeper was using blower around my hotel door and hallways at 6:55 am with no consideration of guest sleeping

My room heard freeway noise.
