Very nice clean hotel, upgrades are very nice.

Breakfast bar

The Westerly is conveniently located, I had a handicap room which was spacious and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Clean room, good breakfast, great amenities. This Best Western is a good property. Just wish it had a pool than it would be perfect.

Found hairs all around toilet when I first entered and used the washroom.

The hotel was showing its age a bit, the carpets weren’t the cleanest but the beds sheets and bathroom were clean and to me that’s most important.

Ruby at the Front Desk is delightful and welcomed us warmly. She answered our questions and gave us suggestions for dinner. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel.

Large clean room

Centrally located in the Comox Valley. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The neighbourhood is very walkable. There is a nice spa across the street. Staff are young, friendly and very helpful.

Chose this hotel mainly for the pub/restaurant, would definitely stay here again

Best Western the Westerley is well located in Courtenay. We found it very central for visiting with family in Comox or sightseeing in the area. There are lots of dining options in easy walking distance. Our room was huge, comfortable and clean.

The food and service at Chalk was excellent! We especially enjoyed the common area and used it every day to meet with family. Thank you for the lovely breakfast!
