The breakfast at Comfort Hotel Sundsvall are among the very best I've experienced. Not only the assortment of food, but the service from the kind and helpful staff. The buffet is tended and refilled all the time . I recommend it without any hesitation.

We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved.

We didn’t arrive until 01.30 due to our train been delayed, check in was quick they had our room key ready to hand straight over. Room was fine, only thing I didn’t like was dog food and water bowl in bathroom (they were clean) found this quite off putting when we weren’t bringing an animal. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Minimal room, nice average hotel.

Very small room, no desk, no chair or anywhere to put an ooen suitcase.

Outstanding breakfast buffet! Restaurant also very good for dinner with 10% discount for guests. Beautiful city and coast villages to explore.

Great easy stay. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed, made it very easy for us to have our dog with us and provided water bowl for him in the room.

Nice and close to everything.

Room was nice, location was good. They were doing construction & renovations on the hotel so some things were torn up and dusty. The room was very hot, and there is no AC - so we had to leave the windows open for airflow which was incredibly noisy with the street & traffic noise (and it was a Monday - I can’t imagine if it were a weekend). It also meant it was very bright in the room and hard to sleep because we couldn’t close the curtains. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy to find street parking or use their garage.

Very nice staff, location, room. A great value with breakfast. Nice area atoundbhotel, very vlose to train and bud station. Now s Strawberry hotel and that a good sign of quality.

Rummet vi fick var väldigt enkelt skulle behövas uppfräschning sliten soffa inte inbjudande att sitta i, ingen kaffekokare på rummet så känslan var så där. Frukost okej .

Helt ok hotell för en natts boende. Frukosten var ok men inte mer, och parkering rakt över gatan eller i hotellets källare.

Ett hotell med lägre standard på rummen. Men det var rent. Verkligen inget extra; ingen minibar, inga lyxiga produkter i badrummet och då bodde vi i superior-rum. Personal som var mindre trevliga. Väldigt trångt i frukostmatsalen när man skulle ta sin mat. Svårt med parkering, många av hotellets gäster hade fått böter när dom skulle åka vidare.

Bra läge, trevlig personal men slitet och dålig städning.

Bland det sämsta hotell frukost jag ätit med den prisklass som hotellet kostade. Pannkakor som var halvfabrikat och smaka gummi. Sprutgräde till dem istället för vispad grädde gjorde upplevelsen ännu sämre. Ägg röran var total smaklös och lös. Baconet var förvisso bra stekt men total smaklös. Rummet intill oss hade haft ngn fuktskada så utanför stod en avfuktare och gick hela natten. På förmiddagen så var snickare där och höll på väsnas när vi försökte att vila oss inför hemresa. Personal var trevlig och vi åt middag när vi anlände där vi fick bra bemötande och god mat.

Bra boende med nra mat och parkering nära hotellet

Slitet hotellrum, kalt med repor i golvet och smuts i taket. Sängen var helt ok

Alt var meget bra. De eineste som kunne ha vært bedre var litt mere utvalg av pålegg til frokosten.

Trevligt rum, trevlig frukostpersonal. God frukost och bra parkeringsmöjligheter i närheten av hotellet. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, både nära havet och många bra restauranger.

Sentralt beliggende hotell med tilfredsstillende fasciliteter. Gode senger, god frokost og trivelig personell.
