Good hotel

Everything was excellent!

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Beds were comfortable. Pool was ok. Staff very friendly & helpful. Big shopping mall near hotel. Town close by but need transport to get around town & beaches in vicinity. Quiet places not many tourists. Would stay again.

The hotel was organised and efficient. Breakfast variety was not exceptional and did not cater for vegans. Ant infestation in the bathroom of my 3rd floor room was a disappointment.

קיבלנו חדר מסריח שלשהות בו הרגיש כמו להיות בשירותים ציבוריים במדינת עולם שלישי. אנשי הקבלה הבינו ברוב טובם שהחדר לא ראוי ללינת לילה ומאחר והמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, לצערנו רק בחצות אישרו החזר מלא על התשלום ועזרו לחפש לנו מלון אחר. לעולם לא נתארח שוב או שנמליץ לחברנו להתארח שם. לא קיבלנו אפילו שיחת התנצלות מטעם המלון על הטירטור שנאלצנו לעבור באמצע הלילה. ממש בושה וחרפה. היינו במשך 15 ימים בפורטוגל ונהננו מהמלונות, זה היה הליחה האחרון והחוויה הנוראית הזאת השאירה טעם מר לכל החופשה. כמה חבל.

Amazing staff from the time you arrive. Great facilitiesand right across the street from a mall and many dining and shopping options.

Excellent service and friendly staff

Great location for visiting Setubal, and the surrounding areas. George was excellent in Food & beverage. Cleaners worked hard and the pool was very good

Room dated. Beds slightly lumpy. Good location for toll road to Lisboa.

Friendly staff. Room condition was well used and in need of repair. Credit card fraudulently used whilst staying at hotel...it was the only place I used it on my trip
