Beautiful Hotel

It’s in a great location and it’s a very charming hotel

I loved the hotel and the location. Everything in the historic center was so accessible! The area is also beautiful and lively. Will definitely return.

Clean well kept hotel with coffee shop and located in the middle of historic center of Alcalá de henares. Good comfortable stay, not far from the airport.

We stayed here Mar 13-Mar 26, 2025. This is a beautiful hotel in the very heart of Alcala De Henares Spain. The restaurant on site was a wonderful place for food and the service was amazing. Two of the staff went way above to make us feel warm and welcome. Manuele Maggio was a stand out along with Helena. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and a nice bathroom.

I enjoyed the hotel except for the poor wifi. I have stayed twice and both times the wifi was very poor in tge rooms.

We lobed everything. The bathroom was a bit cold and the bed hard. But those are small things. We loved the location and beautiful interior of the hotel and our room. Comfy and simple. Antique and historic. Kind people and great eco friendliness. Gracias!!!

Great hotel in the very heart of Alcala. Older, historical building but kept up very nicely and comfortable. Right next to the university, the Plaza de Cervantes and the Calle Mayor. Location is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

This hotel has tons of character and charm. Had a really comfortable stay. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked lovely. The staff were caring and helpful. We had two bicycles which they were able to look after in the basement. Fantastic location too!

Great location, very central, though car access is a bit of a pain. They do have an arrangement with an underground car park though, at a cost of €12 per day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are pretty firm though.

Beautiful historic hotel in the old city. Easy walkability to University, dining, shopping, and historic sites.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Definitely a unique location and hotel. Perfect size room with a desk, TV, mini fridge. It is an old building that has been maintained incredibly well. It is in an area that has many little shops and restaurants, patisseries and tapa bars. The only complaint is that it is about a 25 minute cab drive from the train station. we were not able to figure out a great option for traveling by the metro/bus system.
