Everything perfect. Allowed very early check in. Room was excellent, clean and comfy bed. Staff was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was buffet style and so much to choose from. Made start of each of our five days so enjoyable. Nothing bad to say.

It is a small hotel with small rooms and I feel the rates are on the higher side. I stayed in bigger and better hotels with that daily rate.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were very appreciative that our request, made just that morning, to have a room on a lower floor because of recent medical issues, was honored. The receptionist also tägave us great advice about where to get an excellent traditional Swedish dinner.

Nice place in good location with nice breakfast and very good staff—was a last minute one night stay and night receptionist very helpful in helping booking/check-in.

Central location in a less busy part of old town. Rooms are small but great size if traveling solo or in pairs.

A boutique feel in a Scandic property right in the heart of Gamla Stan. Excellent location close to everything and very close to a metro station.

Best part about this hotel is the location - it is centrally located to most attractions and public transport. Very quiet on the room we had facing the courtyard. Bed was decently comfortable but nothing particularly special and the room was warm. Breakfast was fine but the dining room was crowded; they booked us in to a specific time but I have the feeling nobody paid attention and just came when they wanted. Only real negative is the walls and floors of the room we had was dated and could really use a refresh. Doesn't deserve 5 stars but if you need a decent hotel for a city break, this will certainly work.

This is a nice traditional Swedish hotel with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are small but this is to be expected in the old town. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at the weekend though if you value your sleep. The noise of the nightclub next door went on until 3 in the morning and we needed two sets of ear plugs and two fans to cover it. We got little rest as a result which made our weekend in Stockholm much less enjoyable. The hotel would not refund us for the room despite the noise but gave back a small amount we had paid for an additional breakfast.

Great location if you want to explore the old town. Conveniently located to metro and not far from ferry transportation as well.

Good location for sightseeing dining & transport around the city. On the downside there were no free tea & coffee facilities & only daily room cleaning by request.

A hidden gem, great location. Hotel is older but well maintained. Breakfast was a nice surprise, hadn’t realized it was included and was delicious. Great variety, not a standard European breakfast, beautiful presentation and chef was very pleasant, even offered to open early if we needed so we could eat before our flight. You won’t be disappointed

Good little hotel on the edge of the old city. Convenient to transportation and walkable to many places. For an old hotel the room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. Glad they have an elevator, small as it is. Breakfast buffet included was excellent.

Very centrally situated in the historic area which was great for getting around but also made it quite noisy!
