Wonderful staff and a very comfortable and beautifully decorated clean room. The only negative thing I can think of is that our rooms (and we did not opt for the basic options) were extremely small and compact. I have never stayed in a hotel room so small.

It’s very cute and quirky and in a lovely location near to Marylebone shops and Regent’s Park.

Had an amazing overnight stay at the Dorset Square Hotel. Lovely room, with a view over the square. Although on a busy junction couldn't hear any traffic noise what so ever. Welcoming staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the potting shed was excellent, again staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.

The decor and personnel are outstanding. A classy and cozy establishment. The restaurant could be a bit better.

Fabulous place…I would definitely stay here any time I’m in London. Service is great…luxurious, homey, wonderful service and delicious breakfast in lovely restaurant. Worth every penny!

Superb Hotel Great Location

Aaron was a delight and offered great recommendations! Decor is unbeatably charming, and staff is friendly. Rooms were pristine, comfortable with thoughtful touches (pillow mists, personalized welcome notes etc…). True to boutique hotels in big cities, the room was tight, would just be conscientious of checking approx size when you book room type if that is important to you. Marylebone Village is approx an 8 minute walk, with subways within 2-5 mins. Overall lovely stay and look forward to visiting again.

Had a lovely stay at the Dorset Square Hotel. Like all Firmdale properties, this is my kind of hotel. Small, thoughtful, beautiful, quiet and charming. The staff were incredible. The hotel is impeccably designed and cared for. And it’s so convenient. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel

My new fave London hotel. Gorgeous decor, clean and convenient. Shoutout to Aron at the front desk who was full of great information. Would stay here again without hesitation. Love that it is boutique size - not corporate feel.

My only issue with this property was being put in a Room in the basement. It was quite musty smelling and the trains were very noisy. This is the second firmdale hotel in London where I have been given a room in the basement (Knightsbridge Hotel last year) and the last. I will not accept a basement room again

Hotel was great, Staff was amazing. Room and bathroom very clean. My only Neg was that I felt that the room was too small for a couple that had a total of 4 suitcases. Felt like we were stumbling over them a lot.

So amazingly clean throughout, and in a great part of the city, 3 mins walk from Baker St tube station and 3 mins walk to London Business School. Food and service in the restaurant for dinner also really good. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend.

While I only stayed one evening, the room and all the amenities made my last night in London perfect. All the small touches of a bottle of water in the evening, turn down of my bed, thoughtful toiletries and a comfortable bed! I ordered room service, it was right on time, delicious and allowed me to start my day leisurely.
