Very nice stay. Staff were wonderful and the location can't be beat.

We lived this hotel. More about that later. First you should know this hotel has NO AIRCONDITIONING. None. Open a window. Bugs may come in. It was 68 to 70 degrees farenheit during our stay. We were fine . Lovely room with ocean view. Boardwalk leads to shopping and dining area. Spacious room with drawers and shelves. Pool us in the spa and a bit strange. Spa people want you to buy $22 bathing shoe to go in.. Lovely hotel enjoyed our visir very much.

Property was nicely maintained. Loved the breakfast on the 19th floor.

I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. The correct total amount should be 25,90 Euros, not 75,90 Euros. The bill number is 1297678 . Thank you Ronald and Lena Marie Berezniak

Wonderful hotel by the Baltic Sea. I truly enjoyed the sauna, the pool and all the amenities offered.

Excellent Service

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Large walk in shower! Across the street from sand dunes and the beach.

Great location on the beach. Lots of cute shops a few blocks away. The room was clean and modern; just a little on the small side. European bed sizes are different from American bed sizes. We arrived after 8pm but were still able to order dinner at the hotel's casual grill restaurant. The next morning we thought we had died and gone to heaven when we entered the free breakfast room. The huge breakfast buffet included free flowing champagne plus all kinds of cooked and cold items . We plan to return someday when we have more time to lay on the beach and use the spa and cool.

Next to Baltic Sea Beach Strand Walk. Many restaurants, etc along this Cruise Ship port.

Nice hotel well located. Service at the hotel restaurant can not be worst. Table was not set and the service of the waitress is the worst we had in all of our years travelling the World. Is a shame because the restaurant is very comfortable, nice ambience and the food presentation and taste is excellent. Hotel recommended. Restaurant definitely NO.

A good hotel with sea views and excellent proximity to the beach. Our 4 year was made to feel welcome without being at the expense of paying adults. Dinner and (included) breakfast was high quality and good value.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location - really cannot fault Hotel Neptun or Warnemunde! Highly recommended!

It has to be the best hotel in Warnemünde. Has a great location, the staff is really friendly and do their best to understand english. The only complaint I have is that for some reason an awful smell was coming from the shower drain. They sent a technician to fix it but it reappeared the next day.

Es ist seine 5 Sterne wirklich wert - für ältere Leute. Für junge Menschen (wie ich) ist es nichts. Ein weiteren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Hallo, sehr gut gelegenes und tolles Hotel . Personal top , Sauberkeit top und das Frühstück bietet Alles an. Die Bars z. B. Lobby mit Klavier, 17. Etage eher gediegen 😉 und im Keller gibt es die Party Szene. Die Parkplatzsituation könnte man verbessern. Herzlichen Dank ich komme wieder.
