It was great. All very easy

Poor service. Made to wait to check in while staff chatted for minutes. Made to wait for table - no acknowledgement. Waited 10 mins - walked off. Breakfast service ok. Was made to wait for service in restaurant, then 9.10pm was refused food as it closed 9pm. It felt I was made to wait so they didn’t have to serve me. Room temp set to 24. Radiator was v hot. “Aircon” not on because it is Dec. I could not control radiator. It was either off or on. Ground floor so I couldn’t leave window open.

Good value, well designed hotel. Rooms were a good size and the restauraunt meals were very good

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with great staff. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Easy parking and safe. Good shower and comfy bed.

The stay was ok, no complaints. Room, shower, bed, breakfast were good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent restaurant, who catered for our gluten free person really well. The room was really hot, despite air con. The bed had a foam topper which was possibly the cause of us feeling so hot overnight.

Good, very clean accommodation and comfortable bed. Excellent support from reception staff. Good breakfast. All very easy checkin and out.

Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, efficient. Excellent for a stop over on way to the south.

Welcoming staff, good position, quiet comfortable room

Like all Ibis hotels, this was conveniently situated on the outskirts of town. Sufficient parking. Restaurant across the road (open fairly late). The staff were ready and efficient. Bar is available at any time if you request at reception. The room as you'd expect - clean and functional. The hotel also has a pool, which is a bonus in summer. The usual hotel breakfast.

Great stop over in route to the cote d'azur. Ckean, friendly and welcoming hotel. Comfortable rooms, goid shower decent restaurant and a pool was an added bonus to cool off in after a 6 hour drive. Covid safe and felt very comfortable there.

The room was not very clean and the air-conditioning wasn't working. Beds were comfy. Cold eggs, ham and cheese were is not much of a person doesn't like the sweet stuff.

Efficient hotel and welcoming reception. It is cheap and comfortable for an overnight stay. 20 minute walk from a lovely town but not situated in a particularly lovely part of town. As a stopover it's ideal with some good places to eat in Chalon sur Saone

My only complaint is that the room temperature was difficult to control, repeatedly drifting up from the set level. Otherwise very satisfactory

Stayed at the Ibis Chalon-sur-Saone on our way from Calais to the Var region of Souther France. Hotel was perfect for an over night rest before continuing our journey! Inexpensive, Convenient and Excellent facilities.
