Clean room

The receptionist was rude, our floors were dirty, things were still under the bed like garbage and a sock. I’m not someone who is hard to please, but damn I had my kids with me.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was pretty clean.

La toilettes était brisé, un monsieur du personnel est venu la réparer rapidement. C'était apprécié. Parcontre, la 2e journée, il manquait même du pain pour se faire des rôties pour déjeuner. La veille, c'etait le menu etait plus complet. Assez malheureux.

The property needs renovation, its not that great. Spending extra 20-30 $ you can find good properties in Ottawa.

I had a great stay at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had misplaced one of my golden earrings. They called me this morning to let me know they found it, which I truly appreciate. I’ll be arranging to pick it up or have it sent to me. Thank you to the team for their honesty and excellent customer service!
