Finding the room was quite difficult because the directional signage was unclear. Carrying luggage was also inconvenient, as there was no lift and guests had to use the stairs. In addition, there was a noticeable paint/thinner smell in the corridors, which detracted from the overall experience. With clearer signage, better accessibility for guests with luggage, and improved ventilation to eliminate the paint odour, this hotel would offer a much more enjoyable stay.
