The room was spacious, very clean, and attractive. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The morning buffet breakfast was incredible - so many options and delicious - and in a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy your meal. The location was also very convenient with many nearby shops. We were able to walk to Retiro Park and the various museums; in addition, the subway was just a block away and taxis right outside. Would highly recommend!

Room was nice and clean, and staff were friendly. Overall, room was great, but stay away from the room minibar. It will cost you! €3 for a small bottle of water!

Wonderful. Superb location, across the street from the Goya metro stop. Kind and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, great show, and very well-appointed rooms.

Great buffet breakfast. Very pleasant restaurant and bar staff. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, well air-conditioned (essential with summer temperatures). Lobby was a little tired and could do with some refurbishing. Lots of shopping in the immediate area. Parque del Retiro and Thyssen and Prado museums are walking distance away. The neighborhood where the hotel is located has many retail shops, easy access to metro, bus and taxis, but it is not big on charm or history.
