Comfortable hotel

Staff was nice try to change me not room available

Smelly bedroom should close them both. Since it was winter not air conditioning was on so it was that plus the smell. Should close 218 and 318 bedrooms definitely, not like the pictures shown in Hotel.com. I reserved 3 rooms and two of my families ended in this smelly hole in the back of the hotel near the Laundry room, that by the way need renewal too. I am sorry but we saved for this trip and is so disappointed to ended this way.

Good service and guidance from the staff

Was ok. The room was clean, but small. The kettle and tea and coffee were welcome. Laura was very helpful in Reception. Very noisy - as it is in a busy shopping and dining area.

Amazing location, great facilities. My room's AC was working although changing the levels didn't seemed to make a big change, but the normal temperature was good overall

We stayed in a quadruple room. The room is very small but if you are not planning to stay at the hotel a lot and get to know the city it works out great! The breakfast is very good, a lot of variety of food. Location is amazing! you can walk pretty much to everywhere. Bathroom and the furniture could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Great Staff and Location. The room was clean-but very outdated. The panelling of the wood in the bathroom was moldy looking, the room had and hallways had a musty odor. They could benefit from a proper renovation-carpet removal in the hallway, removal of old materials) (rotten wood) or old furniture in the hallway. Other then that it was nice-

Location! Location!! the only good thing of this hotel. The AC is horrible and we could not sleep because it was hot. The room is very small and the bed is not even queen bed. The AC is the same for the hotel and can't be lower in your room.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Difficult to find given the location and small streets. Parking is 2 minutes walking distance. Facilities are not new but well maintained

The staff was great, breakfast was amazing. Convenient place whitin walking distance from shopping tourism spots, very centric.

It was right in the center with everything happening around you.
