The only thing that could be improved on is the helpfulness of the reception stafff as in, deflecting questions about our dinner booking to the bar staff who we were expected to queue up to ask about our dinner reservations….which although booked online as per their request email, did not even exist.
Ordered an aperol spritz which was on their drinks menu and they had no aperol, then decided on a gin and tonic which was totally flat due to the tonic on tap - however they did replace it with a fresh tonic from a bottle.
So just little niggles, but is it too much to expect better service .. 🤔
