The hotel was lovely. I loved that is was walkable to everything. We had a great view of the river from the room. Room was clean, no issues.

Room was nice. Staff was wonderful. We were there for Storm Amy. They knew this was going to impact us and offered late check out.

Hotel seems to be under some type of construction, which should be noted. Bathroom had cut open areas for air vents

This hotel was right in the heart of activity. Very walkable with many restaurants and pubs near by. I have stayed at a Leonardo Hotel in the past and do like this hotel chain. Definitely, stay at these hotels in the future.

Easy to walk to everything we needed to see or do in the Latin quarter. Helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and the view were the two most unique and favorable perks at this hotel! Room was beautiful, staff was very friendly and professional. We look forward to our return!

Bathroom had unfinished drywall above toilet. Hole in ceiling showed exhaust fan was not connected to vent pipe. Never mentioned at check in. Paid twice for room as we incorrectly booked wrong month. Tried to correct mistake w/ minutes. Hotel would not budge. Leonardo never again.

First of all pictures give the impression it is waterfront. It is not. Waterfront is a few blocks away. We booked our double room over a month in advance of stay. We got there and they put us in handicap assistance room on first floor facing busiest street in the city. Room was also just adjacent to the lobby. To say it was loud and hard to sleep was an understatement, Front desk staff was rude and had no interest in helping. We are not handicapped but if you are do not stay at this hotel. They put you in the worse room in the entire hotel.

Nice location with lots to do within walking distance. Had an issue with the shower not draining but maintenance arrived quickly to fix. The bed linens could have been softer, but overall pleased with our one night stay.

In the middle of Galway action!

The hotel is in an excellent location, which makes access to the entire downtown area easily accessible on foot. Many dining options, pubs, and shopping were minutes from the front door. The staff was polite, honestly caring, and extremely helpful. I would stay there again!

Una on front desk very friendly and helpful, great location to pubs and tourist area. Bed and pillows were too hard for my preference but nice clean room. Buffet breakfast was well priced and good selection. Bar and kitchen staff/food/drinks were good. Overall nice hotel in great location, but pricey but I guess it’s because of location

Great location. Nice staff. Strange clunking noises in the walls, or maybe from the car park below, that began in the evening and went through the night. So sleep was disturbed. If you don’t need much sleep this property would be great for you.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location close to restaurants/ pubs, shopping and transportation and tourist attractions. A few minutes walk to the Galway coastal area for a nice walk or morning exercise and provides a great view of the city/coast. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional. It has a good size, clean room. The breakfast buffet was okay not a lot of options but doable and same food every day. Overall was a good stay and will recommend this place.
