The location is excellent! (parking was a five minute walk away). The breakfast and dinner were great, and much appreciated, as food was quite expensive in this town. The staff were friendly and helpful. (it was unusually hot weather when we were there, and they gave us a fan for the room)

Close to marina, restaurants and shops

Very comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit small but standars for thus level. Breakfast and dinner buffer are excellent. Very good value for money.

A small and charming hotel. Parking is a bit of an issue as it's offsite. Room was small but clean. Lousy view of a rockface. But comfortable. Choose it as it's on way to Torp Airport. Solid. Pretty. But lacks a wow factor

Very nice only downside was the basic and very small bathroom. Good selection at breakfast too, which is an improvement on the scandic standard options.

This is the second time in three years that i have stayed in this property . Not only is it clean and filled with friendly service, the area is charming. I highly recommend it. Special thanks to Gunnar, the man at the front desk who was particularly kind and helpful.

great breakfast! older room, but my colleagues stayed in the newer wing and they said it was more updated. cleanliness was not an issue. very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel in centre of town by the marina. Excellent breakfast and very friendly. Car park is small but close by.

One night stay for business - arrived late and left early although the TV/Wifi facilities were excellent. Breakfast menu looked pretty good even though I did not have the opportunity to sample the food itself. Parking was somewhat expensive but to be expected given the lack of available spaces

Not only was the hotel clean and well cared for, it is in a perfect location in Grimstad. A short walk from the marina area , it is in the heart of the little shopping area which is lovely. The staff was more than friendly. My trip to Norway took me to 8 different hotels. This one was by far, the best. The morning breakfast was great and the staff made it even better as they were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.
