Nice place with decent to good food. Daytime burgers and hot dogs should be made fresh for better taste. Restaurants were good with friendly service and available choices. Bar staff were hit or miss and room cleaning service randomly showed up at all times of day. Noelvis at the bar could be rude at times, most everyone else provided good service. Some of the staff didn't speak any English. The beach area was nice but the beach itself was terrible. Murky and wavey waters full of seaweed. Mountains of seaweed. Overall a decent place to stay but I wouldn't put it at the top of my list.

Like: I thought the grounds were well maintained. Didn’t like: entertainment was sub par compared to other RIU resorts.

Great place to relax - enjoy a fantastic wedding experience. Worth a second trip for sure!

El hotel muy bonito, los empleados atentos y excelente servicio La comida muy buena y con variedad en el bufet. La barra del bar cubano, espectacular La discoteca buena música y mucho ambiente. El DJ Panda fue el menos amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que deje mi cartera visible en la habitación y me robaron aprox $200.00 de mi wallet.

Overall, our stay was very nice. We liked that there were many options for restaurants. The Asian restaurant was by far the best - their food & customer service was exceptional. We really liked all the amenities that were available. The beach was beautiful. Rooms were clean. The biggest issue we had was the fact that the staff is not very friendly. This was the majority of the staff. We did encounter a few individuals that were very nice and attentive. The other people made us feel as if we were a burden. We have stayed at other riu hotels in Mexico multiple times and have absolutely enjoyed our stays with them. We were expecting that type of service at this location.

The resort was beautiful, very clean and the staff were excellent. From the check in process to the time we checked out, everything was amazing. Not to forget the amazing restaurants on site.

Amazing trip overall, great food, Asian restaurant was our favourite! Good drinks, friendly staff and Beautiful property!! All amenities are close by and the beach is not far at all either! So much to do here and great that you can access the other Riu properties as well. We will definitely be back, the staff here go above and beyond!

The hotel stay was very enjoyable, and the staff was very courteous and customer-oriented! The evening entertainments were well done and guest engaging. The restaurants are well spread out within the property, but when it rains, it's a bit difficult to get to some of them without getting wet. A covered access to the restaurants should be installed for bad weather days.

The almost constant heavy noise around the pool was difficult to ignroe.

Everything was really great, my only concern was, when I went to my bedroom last saturday night, was a guy completly drunk lying down in front of my door. It was very scary because I was alone and nobody was close to call to help me. I understand that that guy was a guess one, but should have a guard around the property to help in cases like that. The rest was amazing

A lot of humidity in the rooms. Air condition in the rooms do not work well

This is a party resort. The breakfast and lunch buffet is almost completely the same everyday. You can’t really change the temperature in the room and we only got one refill on our mini fridge. The rooms get very humid and sticky inside and they don’t provide you with a beach bag unless you’re part of the elite club. Also, they don’t provide transportation to and from the airport, you’ll have to pay or set up your own. I say this to say, check other resorts who offer everything this resort didn’t before booking.

My bathroom wasn't very clean. There was hair in the shower, toilet and trash can. My refrigerator wouldn't close properly so it would leak and not keep my drinks cold. It was also very confusing and not convenient to figure out what to do as far as excursions or what the resort had to offer. Our transportation to the airport on departure day never came so we ended up having to pay for a taxi which was frustrating. But on a positive note, the staff were all very friendly and kind. And the area around the resort was beautiful.

Easy beach access, lots of walking trails to shops and other resorts with our wrists bands with could access All other bars and restaurants.

My room had a weird smell to it. Didn’t feel very upper class

Was excited to get there, but once we arrived, we were told that all the rooms were booked and we had to go to another resort once we got to the other resort the first night there 2 drunk men were banging at our door trying to get inside it took security 30 minutes to get to our room to get these men away from our door. Next morning, I see on the news that a college student has gone missing the night before

Loved loved the staff. We had a great time. Food was good. Rooms could have been taken care of a bit more but they were still good. The food was good.
