Check in was slow- wasn’t give any information about amenities etc. The mattress in the room didn’t fit on the bed frame, it literally was hanging off the edges and was uncomfortable.

Room was clean and quiet except the bath fan which was nearly as loud as a taxiing 757. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Parking was easy. Nice having Denny's so close. Just a short hop to the Langley Events Center.

Shower only had one setting scolding hot, water on bathroom floor when arrived, sink fittings falling off.

The staff is always friendly and we were given a room upgrade and the Hotel allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay here. They have some good dining options. The room was clean. The staff were to friendly and accommodating. The only pain point was the A/C unit which was loud when it turned on so it was hard to have meeting when working or even listening to TV. Thanks, Regi
