I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and spacious the room was. Room was clean. Everything in perfect condition. Very quiet. Staff very helpful. Location very central.

Clean. Good breakfast. Good and friendly service. The only negative is our room, on the 3rd floor, is right above the door where the deliveries are made during the early hours in the morning: between 3;00 am to 4:30. The noise from this activity was very loud in our room - woke us up.

AC was very loud and rattled badly which made for lousy sleep.

The reviews about this property regarding the staff being a certain type of way towards people that book through 3rd party are absolutely true. That’s why I rated this hotel what I did. It was very nice and clean great room! But the fact that the staff is that way towards 3rd party or Expedia bookings, makes absolutely zero sense to me. It was mentioned and somehow brought up when I checked in. And when I asked for a late check out. Very terrible and makes me never wanna stay there again. It’s like they look down upon you for booking somewhere other than through them!

The property is 100' from the 101 freeway. Our room faced the freeway. The freeway noise was very loud. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud even when it was shut off. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Holiday Inn is really the best of the best This location is perfect The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a 4 Starr. We will stay there again.

AC was super noisy and overall condition was not as good as I expected.

Excellent place to stay, i will return again

The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but can get crowded in a small space. Parking is included. The hotel room is spacious. The only thing I did not like is that the AC unit is very loud and it kept waking me up throughout the night, which caused me to have poor sleep on Mother’s Day. Boo. Overall, clean and pretty updated room.
