Pool could be bigger and breakfast didn’t have many options of cakes, breads and cheeses as other Hotels in the same category.

Check in fast and welcoming. Staff universally polite and helpful. Room spotless, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Rooftop bar was great

The lobby doesn't smell well I believe it's due to the fish pond in the entrance. The bed was tough and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, and the service was better than at many places in Fortaleza. Overall, it's an okay place compared to other hotels in the area. But it is definitely not a five-star.

Fantastic premium hotel with great staff and service. Only disappointments were the lack of decent local bars and restaurants and the fact the beach is not really usable so you have to take a taxi to other beaches (which were great). Recommended
