Staff was very accommodating

Great breakfast, walking distance to city center. Quiet area but with loads os shops and restaurants nearby.

Room was lovely but cld hear neighbours. Buffet was extensive and very nice. Our room door constantly wouldnt lock and reported it everyday. The maintenance guy locked it but never fixed it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The room service was below par.

Just off the motorway, easy parking with wide bays. Sound insulation is good so you can’t hear the road, friendly helpful staff, hotel room was modern and clean with a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Taxi service from the hotel was excellent

This is great hotel. Very nice in every aspect. The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The property overall was ok, however we reported that the shower glass was loose and water was dripping on the floor, but no follow up to fix this issue was done.

Them little things in hotels make a difference but getting charged €5 for water which would cost 30 cents a the corner store and cheap beer 🍺 for €6 bit pricey

Very old hotel with patch work done to it. The Resturant was expensive and bland and nasty. The breakfast was even worse. Made me and friend vomit. The AC Was locked got really hot first day, absolutely horrible time, couldn't even sleep. Location is far from alhambra, even though it says 1.9 miles. Opposite alhmambra of the location better to get a hotel near Alhambra.

Was really a very good hotel. Excellent breakfast selection and the Gastrobar food was very good. Bit of a walk to the Granada center (20 min) but overall a very comfortable place to stay with plenty of amenities for the kids

Clean New Great breakfast buffet

Hotel was beautiful and everyone was super helpful bar 1 receptionist. Not quite as advertised and easy to reach town centre - quite a walk and no bus service. Parking was easy but 1st receptionist didn’t really explain it - once figured was easy. Bar staff and service fantastic and not expensive.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities but further from the historical center than I was expecting.

Overall stay was good
