Flawless stay from start to finish. Beautiful drive to hotel, winding through lots of vineyards and countryside. Grounds and chateau very stunning. Dinner was devine and staff all very helpful and friendly.

We had a very relaxing long weekend with the family. Great location. Easy to park. Great service. Lovely rooms which were cleaned very well and very promptly each day. Friendly staff and fantastic food. We have visited before and will continue to visit in the future!

Really enjoyable stay. We ate in the bistro which was fab but unfortunately the Michelin restaurant was fully booked all weekend. Only real fault was breakfast buffet was poor and not stocked up.

We were only at Vigiers for one night but would thoroughly recommend the hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive with great attention to detail. We ate at the brassiere on site and had a delicious dinner, again with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is served in the main hotel restaurant and was excellent with a reasonable choice of food. We had a great stay and will hopefully return again.

Beautifully situated in the middle of a golf course in one of the best French wine regions, this castle turned luxury hotel allows you to enjoy the french countryside, go wine tasting, or just have fun watching people drive golfballs into sand pits. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the service is spotless. Internet is "French average" (slow, but works well enough). Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the attached Michelin star restaurant, but the menu looked very tempting.

We had a wonderful time. The grounds were magnificent. It felt like we were straight out of a storybook. The food was superb, rooms were clean and comfortable. My husband and daughter golfed and really enjoyed themselves. Our other daughter and I sat by the pool. I cant wait to go back again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel . Lovely historic property with all modern conveniences! We stayed in lovely prestige room in the Château overlooking golf course. Ate in the brasserie, fabulous 3 course meal for 35 euro , great value. Watched the sun go down. Tried the new spa on site also , very satisfied. Staff service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful setting overlooking lake , golf course and vineyards. Hotel in country setting but very near Bergerac, Monbazillac and st Emilion. Recommended !

What a great retreat in rural France in the most beautiful and picturesque setting!!! Driving through the countryside to this hotel is like being inside a postcard or story book. The hotel grounds and golf courses are magnificent. The on-site restaurants are superb, breakfast is wonderful, the pool and spa are relaxing and refreshing and the staff are wonderful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the common rooms in the Château are beautifully decorated and a good places to sit and read. After 4 days we wished we had booked a longer stay.

Inaccessible plug sockets in room. Efficient booking in . Poorly trained and attitude of staff in brasserie .. forgot a child’s meal order. Unfriendly attitude throughout . Hotel tried to charge for use of pool, charged for breakfast we did not have . No special touch at all Inspite of it being 4 special birthdays in our group which the hotel was advised of Would not return or recommend

This is a beautiful Chateau inside and out set in lovely landscaped golf courses and park. Comfortable ensuite luxury bedroom within the Chateau. Staff are very helpful and kind. Le Chai brasserie provided very tasty food in a comfortable and convenient building and terrace. Unfortunately though, as you may expect, refreshments and dining are a little more expensive for the Chateau experience.

Lovely setting, beautiful grounds, room was gorgeous. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant was not open but the food in the brasserie was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
