The hotel was great, even the breakfast was good. However we are seniors so had issues with the hotel info and the tv as we do not scan codes. Frustrated that we were unable to access the tv news and weather.

I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet night sleep.The rooms are not sound proof and I could hear everything that was going on, including lots of slamming doors. I the morning for breakfast Your options are the same each morning.It was sausages, eggs and roast potatoes.However, I am on a very strict diet, and I asked the ingredients in those things.And the person working could not give me the information , therefore , I could not eat any of the breakfast items aside from the old apples that were left in a basket. I would suggest that this hotel change up their breakfast from day to day and know the ingredients, in order to help their customers

it was a good experience.

Stayed1 night. Was provided with a room upgrade and it was clean. Hotel is dated but was ok for hockey tournament. Staff was friendly; didn’t deal with them much. Breakfast was ok but probably not for a picky eater. Free parking on site which was great.

Room was falling apart, extension cords running for the AC unit, vents hardly attached to the wall. Bathroom door nearly hits the toilet. Bed was creeky and loud. Could hear the room next to us as if we were sharing a room. Wouldn't pay more than $50/night.. definitely not the $200+ we paid. Breakfast was sparse at 8:30AM when Breakfast was being served until 10AM. Would not recommend. Will never stay again

All depends on what you expect from a hotel. The staff were accommodating on whatever we needed. I slept there thats all i did. I had no concerns with my stay. Tv was hard to figure out haha

Excellent breakfast, ample parking space, cozy room and friendly staff!

Room was not dusted well. Dirt on window sill. Fitness room was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned ever, dirt all over the floor and smelled bad. 3 of the 6 exercise machines were broken. The bed mattresses sat on metal frames that made a loud boing sound every time someone moved on the bed. Very disappointed with the bed. Hard to sleep with noisy beds. The breakfast room was clean and the food options were good. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Breakfast was awful (and thats being polite). It seems like the hotel attempted to updated it but it should have just been rebuilt.

Great breakfast/clean room/parking was ok/walls are super thin. Hope you don’t get a super loud family next to you that think they own the place.

This is the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. The first room stunk of fecal matter and the lock didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The second room was filthy. The sink was full of multiple hairs both long and from someone shaving, the smell was awful, there was a pigeon nest on the window sill and they made noise all night. There was a wad of caulking the size of a softball near the tub that they tried to hide with the garbage bin. The floors left my socks brown from the dirt. Never again! To top it off the night shift employee was rude. Would definitely not return. Traveller beware.

Location and parking wonderful and handy.

The hotel’s reception area was unclean, with dirty carpets and smudged windows. The hallways were unpleasant, and the elevators were also filthy. Overall, the property felt outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty. Even the room doors were grimy. Once inside the room, the condition was slightly better, but still disappointing. The bathroom was particularly disgusting—so much so that my child refused to use the bathtub. Due to these conditions, we chose to check out a night early.

It was cold and the sausage seemed never to be cooked. Very white. Eggs were ok but again cold along with the potatoes.

Breakfast area was a mess and food was mediocre Room was redone but some questionable things like extension cords ran for mini fridge Lighting in the room was terrible There was a large area of some sort of filler in a hole in the floor Bathroom was really small and a lot of it doesn’t even meet building code There was not enough parking Will probably not stay here again unless in the main building

Parking was not the best at all and breakfast was just ok. The room was disgusting and needed a lot of repairs, tv didn't work, phone didn't work, microwave didn't work, and then the next day my room was cleaned but they never washed the floor or even make the bed, and they said they do not make the bed unless we request it lol It was terrible.

The location was great for walking downtown but that was it!! There is no regular TV, toilette didn't flush and bed was just ok! Parking was fine and breakfast also but not sure U would stay there again!!!

Staff were friendly and kind. Room was clean and well maintained. The on site car charger was a big plus.

The rooms are in poor shape, the elevator is in poor shape. Paint in hallways was dirty. First room we were in had stains on the pillow cases, bathroom had soap all over the heater that wasn’t washed, bathtubs are painted, tiles broken and missing. Asked for another room, which they did give us. It was better but bathroom need new tubs not painted. Floors should be replaced very old and dirty. Breakfast was cold
