Excellent service, clean rooms and safe to walk to shops and restaurants

This room was booked by accident while I was trying to upgrade, due to the poor conditions of the rooms we were given. Despite several attempts to cancel on the same day, I still haven’t received a refund or any response. Absolutely unacceptable.

The room was clean, but The room didn’t have a refrigerator. They also had to move us to a different room. We had originally booked two queen beds, but ended up with the smallest room they could give us.

The room was extremely small-we were very uncomfortable. Everything else was very good. I would not stay there again-I am afraid of small spaces. Did not like the room at all.

Staff was welcoming from the beginning even offering options of transportation and tours. Location was convenient to explore historical landmarks like the Chapultepec Castle (about 30 min walk); Angel de la Independencia, Zocalo, Bellas Artes. Also close to public transportation. The room was a little smaller than we thought but still convenient and clean

Third time staying there and will return again. Such a cute hotel.

Did you give us the smallest room possible there was a intrusion of a structure so it was like a shoebox. The restaurant was terrible they had about or seven waitstaff but nobody is paying attention to us and we have to wait. Food is okay

We had the worst experience ever im this hotel. We strongly advise to avoid staying in this hotel. We believe this hotel manipulats with reviews. FACTS: Horrible restaurant, the airconditioner cooled the temperature to 10 0C does not matter the termostate temperature, the front desk offered the complemtary breakfast but then said they have not, they were abusive and desrespective, the staff and the general manager lied about everything, were condescending, the front desk lady names Artek was especially deceiving, the general manager Sr Sanchez did not come to worl as expected and only continied covering his staff. We checked out of the hotel just after ine night, they refused to retuen the money either....horrible bad faith hotel....aviid this hotel in order to avoud unneccessary problems.

The Emporio Hotel it is fine, but the double bed room is really tiny. Literally, when you get out of bed you are already in the restroom, the closet is super small and you can’t hung a dress because there’s not room for. I was expecting a queen bed but they don’t have queen beds, just double beds or king, but to switch for a king bed was more expensive. The lobby and the facade are beautiful but the rest of the hotel is old and dark. The staff is very friendly and the treat the guests very well.
