Everything was great! Place was clean view was beautiful and staff were polite and helpful.

Everything was just as described. Staff was helpful and kind and the access to the Marina is not spoken about enough, it was delightful!

check in at 4pm is too late, check out 11am, only stayed one night, did not have time to use amenities

Swimming pool was so clean and safe for the kids.

Great room!! So nice to be by the lake and see it at night and in the morning. There was an odd loud noise early in the morning like a running furnace machine. Idk what it was. I dismissed it and continued to enjoy my stay. Nice surprise was the continental breakfast.

Very good and was way better since it was the Beacon Hotel before. Very nice and good. Evening thing great. Not the Restaurant is a different view. Not happy with the welcomimg of staff at The Shore and We had just checked in and wanted to do lunch and was not happy with the experience and we were waiting and not served for a little so we left and went to Tim Hortons down the road. So that evens it up if what we would've gone for. Instead of the Restaurant. No good. JORDON Great the Restaurant The SHORE Garbage. Thanks ⚓

Staff were friendly & efficient. Parking was safe & well lighted. Public and room areas were very clean and odor free. Beds were very comfortable. I was surprised, though, that I was charged a security fee to my card, but was shown no receipt to show the charge or its refund.

Clean room and the air conditioning worked well. Nice view of the water.

It has a great location and a beautiful view of the marina and Lake Ontario .We will recommend this location to friends and family.This trip was to attend a family wedding.The on site restaurant had a beautiful view of the lake with great staff to attend to our needs .Bill from Ottawa Canada.

Room great. Fabulous balcony view of the lake and marina. Only neg was the very noisy air conditioner. Restaurant great too!

Room was clean and esthetically pleasing. There was a bit of mold starting on some of the grout in the shower area, but didn't bother me enough to complain. Balcony was lovely to enjoy a drink and read, although I wish it were cleaner (like a sweep at least). The view over the marina and the lake was beautiful. Will definitely be going back.

Air conditioning could be replaced with something that will seal properly and allow the room to actually cool rather than be muggy/humid. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and had a lovely view of Lake Ontario! Staff was very friendly! Would stay here again!

Clean, quiet and a great view from the balcony. Staff were helpful. Internet not the best unfortunately but overall I enjoyed my stay there.
