Air conditioning / heating need some improvement

The staff was very welcoming and the accommodation was not only top-notch but the cleanliness was like nothing I had ever experienced... it was amazing. I am a bit of a clean freak and it was amazing. The view was wonderful and the coffee and muffins in the morning were wonderful. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We loved the stay, view was highlight because we could sit outside on a balcony! We missed the pool and that was our only regret as we were busy. Recommended!!!

The hotel was not the newest, but the rooms were modern. The views of lake ontario and the Toronto skyline was the best part of our stay. Good value for the money.

Pool was great , staff was friendly restaurant was great as well! Room was nice and clean

The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower supplies were not full so wasn’t able to have a full use of them. The television must be supplied by satellite as it would lose connection regularly. Over all for what is important to me (cleanliness and bed comfort) I woul recommend the hotel.

The Jordan has views you can't get elsewhere especially for the price point.

This is a bit of a hidden gem and my ratings are reflective of the price point. Location is great. Awesome lake views and area to walk around and enjoy at the rear od the property. Super convenient location basically right on the QEW in the heart of the Bench vineyards. Big pool which was great for having fun with the kid, and updated enough. Bathroom still needed a refresh but for the price point was definitely serviceable. Overall a high recommendation if you can get a good price.

Good location, less than half an hour from Niagara Falls. The room is very clean, the bedsheets smell fresh, the bed is very comfortable, great amenities, and not far from any restaurant and other places to eat. Good alternative for staying overnight near Niagara Falls.
