Great stay

Good hotel in excellent location but I remember it being nicer when I stayed in past but that was years ago The room was pretty basic and seemed a bit outdated and there were some bad stains on the couch/pullout bed that were kind of gross- other than that I'd still stay there again but nit at full rates, luckily we had a discount on this room being off-season. I feel like we got the experience we paid for. The room was quite dark and didn't have good lighting, only a couple lamps. The Bathroom was tiny and had very little to zero counter space to put any personal items.

Great central location, helpful staff, and a clean room. The walls are a little thin (or maybe it was the connecting door), so hope you don't get stuck beside a crying baby like I did. The pool and hot tub are nice on a sunny day. One suggestion I would make is for the staff to turn on the sauna prior to it being open at 10am. With an 11am check out, I was disappointed to not get a morning sauna sessions in before having to check out as it was still off when I got there shortly after 10am, and it takes a good half an hour to get to proper sauna heat.

Great hotel

It was a basic hotel. Not special expensive for what you get and they charge you 30$ a day for parking. But I guess it is whistler so you get what you get.

Super delightful staff and excellent location. One grip is that the room was very musty and had a bit of a smell. The heating/cooling unit was loud and probably needed the filters changed. Other than that we found rooms comfortable and the bed great

Clean, warm and good size room. Very close to shops, bars and the ski lifts. Staff Very helpful. Would stay again

Front desk was a top notch service. Congratulation Aava hotel.

The room was very warm and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was a bit small. The front desk staff were all very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. One small issue: housekeeping entered and started cleaning close to the 11 a.m. checkout time, which caused some confusion between my personal towels and the hotel’s towels. It would be better if they could confirm with front desk before entering to clean before 11am. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We were returning clients and was expecting the staff to be more cheerful and welcoming at the front desk.The rooms are clean and updated.They have cut down on tea bags etc in the rooms.

Staff were so lovely, thoughtful and kind. Place was great. Super clean. Beautiful rooms and great hot tub and gym! Loved our stay there. Thank you!

My room was fairly basic but very clean. It would have been nice to have a small desk area for my laptop. Underground parking was very tight and a little sketchy to navigate when other cars were navigating through as well. Staff did an excellent job.

The pool was a nice temp, the moccasin of the property is tops and the proce is fantastic. An easy choice for a whistler stay.

Great place to stay just off the main village so it’s quiet but about 400m walk to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. No road noise. Room is spacious and all the amenities including a room safe. Rooms are cleaned every day. Great helpful and friendly staff.
