Nice room with a great view! Ibis Oujda is very nice hotel in a very nice location close to the train station and city center. My room had a large comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, with a good t.v. and staff. The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and other staff members were all very helpful. The hotel has a lovely large garden and swimming pool, and it's possible to eat at the restaurant either indoors or outside not far from the pool.

I've had the pleasure to stay at Ibis Oujda, it an outstanding stay. Its location made it super easy to venture out around town and return to the hotel. Being next to the train station is a big plus. I couldn't get enough during my stay of the grounds around the hotel, gardens and pool area. Lush vegetation, orange trees and rose plants. The staff is super professional and very kind. They helped me make my stay a pleasant one. From front desk staff to restaurant, maintenance and cleaning crew, everyone was pleasant to deal with and courteous. The bedroom was spacious, clean and offered everything to make you feel at home. I enjoyed the breakfasts at Ibis Oujda. There was always a good spread, variety for all choices and tastes. I ended up staying for 2 extra days, that i enjoyed thoroughly.

Very noisy at night time had a room facing road very noisy didn't see very well at all

The food was excellent and there is a nice patio with a pool. Sketchy area. Rooms need more outlets to charge devices.

It’s nice place to stay but it needs renovation. No safe box in the room is a concern. There was no deadbolt to lock the room when inside

Clean spacious rooms. All staff are thoughtful and helpful. The pool area is always clean and the breakfast is always great. The common areas encourage gathering and are comfortable and fun (foosball!).

Great location. Very small room. Good breakfast buffet. Average service in the dining room.

Room was basic, fairly clean, pool was the best part of hotel. Resturaunt was expensive and staff were extremely rude..possibly because of the language barrier..we only spoke English and pretty much everyone spoke in French!! Extremely anoying

After a very pleasant 9 hour train journey from Rabat, this hotel is a welcome 2 min walk from the station, the room was clean and bed comfy but bathroom could have done with a little more time put into the cleaning (hairs on floor and in shower), was going to have breakfast before catching early train but it was still only getting set up at start time so had to give a miss, Oujda is not a touristy city and you will get no hassle at all from the locals, we wanted to travel a bit further afield and asked at reception to organise a car and driver to take us to the Beni Snassen mountains where we visited The Zegzel gorges, and "Camel" grotto where the source of a river rushes from below the mountain into a small cave, people come to pray here too, we went through the Mediterranean resort of Saidia on route to the Algerian border, a 5 hour trip for 800dh, maybe a bit high by Moroccan prices, but at no notice and little info on the net to pre book it was worth it..There is a very good restaurant across street from hotel, I had nice fish tagine and partner had nice tender lamb.

Right outside the train station and a very easy simple walk to the main town and the old town. Nice clean rooms and good food

This is the usual Ibis hotel. Clean and reliable but not very charming. Conveniently located 100m from the train station. The food in the restaurant was excellent (the only Ibis in Morocco to serve Moroccan Harira soup). It would've just been better if 1) the restaurant opened earlier, and 2) there was internet in the rooms.
