Everything was really nice

It was impossible to set the room thermostat to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Our room had a beautiful seaside view, but it would get uncomfortably warm during the night. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that air-conditioning was permanently turned off during the winter and that we should just leave the window/balcony door open. The next morning, my husband was covered in mosquito bites! How is this possible for a 5-star hotel?!! Management had to be convinced to lend us a fan. Don't stay here during Feb unless you like sleeping in 26-28°C. If the cleaning service wasn't as good as they were, I would have given this hotel a 1-star. Breakfast buffet was decent. However, there was not a single dish or item that was memorable, except for the appalling cheese display that looked haphazardly cut and left out for way too long. Thankfully, the rest of the food looked fine. But the cheese was in the same, sad state for most of the week that we stayed. As for the rest of the hotel, it's next to the beach, but there is no beach side access. You can see the beach from the garden, but there are service buildings and a trench in between. The surrounding area didn't feel safe at night, so we opted for food delivery, which was thankfully full of options and very convenient on the days we stayed in. Overall, this was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to the Hilton Malta in St.Julian's so many times over the years and have always enjoyed my stay.The high standards that you expect are always evident thus ensuring an excellent stay.

I stayed for 3 nights on a half-board basis and had a truly wonderful experience at Hilton St. Julian’s, Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and pleasant welcome. My room was beautiful, offering stunning garden, pool, and sea views. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay special. A special thanks to Supervisor Charith and his team Sunil, April, and others for their outstanding hospitality. The location is fantastic, very close to Valletta, making it easy to explore. Initially, I had some doubts when booking, but as soon as I stepped inside the hotel, I knew I had made the best choice. Super luxurious, excellent service, and definitely worth every penny. Hilton Malta is a very nice property. Excellent service and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay in the next time I visit.

Had a 4 night stay , lovely hotel with access to the executive floor . Really enjoyed our stay and not to far from getting to bus to get around Malta . 2 euros for 2 hours travel

Visit Malta and stay at Hilton every year and everything is always to a high standard so why need to go somewhere else?

Friendly staff/Clean property/Peaceful

Excellent location. Easy transportation using Bolt.On site facilities were excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, helpful & pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile to help when needed.

First from the check-in receptionist who was very professional and friendly. This first impression made our stay with smile. We used the 3rd floor room and it was very nice and spotless clean inside the room. The balcony had some trash but it was gone next day after room service. Breakfast was wonderful with some local dishes gave us an introduction to Malta culture. For the dinner at Oceana Restaurant, most of the dishes were delicious, however there were some menu that was flavorless. but overall very good. Indoor pool(heated) kept my 2 and half year old daughter busy and she loved it. It was our everyday task to swim at the pool. Again we loved the hotel and the staff member too.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and every facility was easy to get to. The service was excellent. Only thing I would have liked to see more of was better quality entertainment.
