Elevator wasn’t working. Shabby and stuffy overall. We left immediately after we checked in and found another hotel.

The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely hospitable. I enjoyed my stay, what I didn’t enjoy was every morning the sound of kids as early as 7am in the morning making a lot of noise while I was trying to rest. Apart from that I would recommend.

Family had fun!

I stayed here because the company we travelled with wanted to stay here, so we sucked it up… not the greatest, the staff checking us in was not the most friendly, by any means, very loud hotel… a lot of kids running around and yelling at late late hours, the place is very dated, the room seemed clean at first glance, although very dark and depressing… and the bathroom looked like something from bates hotel from the psycho movie… and my son ended up in the morning with weird bumps of some sort, and the carpets were lifting in a bunch of places … personally if I return back to Niagara fall in the future I would not stay there ever again… we switched hotels to the Vittoria hotel in Niagara Falls it was very nice and cost less, very clean , bright and new looking, and close to attractions! Would stay there again a million percent!!!

Our stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning and the elevator were both out of order during our visit. Additionally, the parking is located under the waterpark, which is a very long walk from the rooms. To top it off, the room had a noticeable, unpleasant odor

The hotel is quite old and would need some renovation to make it more modern. There were no microwaves in the rooms and we had to walk to a central location to use a microwave. Unfortunately the elevator choose the weekend I was there not to work and was told the fix would be done after the weekend. Some of the staff were nice and friendly while some could not be bothered. However the hotel is strategically located,close to the falls view water parks,close to the casino which has a sports bar and close to other restaurants and tourist attraction.

This place is so run down. The carpet is all bubbled up everywhere, the rooms are ancient, it hasn’t had anything done to it since it was built 50 years ago. Our room had a running toilet that no one came to fix. The key cards are so difficult to work that you have to slam the door handle down with your fist in order to get them to open. This place is an all around terrible hotel. Stay next door at the Sheraton.

Not worthy

Pool was excellent. However this is my second time staying at this hotel and both times the elevators were not working. For a popular destination the elevators should always be in proper working conditions. Not having guest fetch their luggage up and down stairs. Another thing for the price they cost for a night, breakfast should be included. I have stayed at establishment that cost way cheaper and free breakfast was provided.

Good hotel. Awesome activities for children. Children friendly. My kids loved it.

Clean ,not bad

3/10 I would say that that the waterpark is fun and safe for kids. Now my hotel room was a descent size the washroom and view was good but in the hallway smelled like all type of bad substances. This hotel is full of kids so us as adults should take care of them and the hotel should do better too. Another problem was not having a mini fridge or microwave or anything for food. It was an ok experience but I hope that with this review they try to make some changes to the things a lot of people (including myself) have said

The whole experience was disgusting my room was not cleaned I asked for it to be cleaned and they did not clean it the elevators were not working we also lost car keys they lied to us and told us that the room had already been cleaned and the keys were not in there When we asked front desk if we could check one last time the room was not clean and the keys were in there
