When we woke up there was a cockroach on our bed. Probably would not stay at Skyline Hotel ever again. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The service

Everything was fine, except there was dust on the nightstand, TV stand, and the bed. I could feel the pressure (they weren't comfortable), which is why I'm giving them three stars.

No air conditioning, no heating, no ventilation, no TV, we need to open window for breathing. We talked to front desk staff about the situation, the staff replied that the weather is cool, no matter they turn on air conditioning or heating, customer will complain anyway. Very bad experience that I ever had.

Been there three times, good experience for people with kids

It's time to modernize this hotel with new smart TVs, multiple ports for cell phones, ad maps for guests.

I've been staying at this hotel since my son was born and he is 12 now. Need less to say this was my last time satying here. Sathying with the front desk staff whonwas sitting outstidlde smoking, walked in reaking of smok, very unprofessional. I asked for a room with a pullout or a cote, he immediate said no. But offered blankets for the floor. The table leg in the room was broken, the bathroom was unclean and hair everywhere. The was smelly. I was very disappointed with the services and the facility. WILL NO LONGER BE STAYING AT THE SKYLINE.

Washroom were still dirty. different type of hair all over the bathroom. There is no safe box in the room. Extra sheets were not folded so hard to say whether they are clean or no. Stains on tje mirror. Overall feels very dirty and super basic for the hotel. The place is not a hotel more like cheap Inn. Never going back again.

All went well. We will be back.

Lots of fun

Wouldn’t Stay Here Again Honestly, this place was a letdown. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, and the whole hotel is super outdated—it smelled like mildew as soon as we walked in. Our first room had dirty sheets and was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. They moved us, but the second room was on the ground floor and still not great. The waterpark looked dirty. The water wasn’t clear, and it didn’t feel clean enough to enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend this spot. It definitely wasn’t worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

I like that the water park connects. I wish a microwave was in the room,more lights ect.

Well over all staying at Skyline it was a great journey but at the end when I saw my parking bill. I was not happy at all. Management really need to lower their parking prices. It’s really not fear to charge your customers $46 a day for parking spot. Horrible horrible, right next to it I saw $5 each day parking spots just because I was new to this place I got ripped off. Not fear at all….

Family oriented

Looks can be deceiving and that’s exactly what happened to me. Our room was smelly, the bed was not properly made, the tub does not drain properly and one of the bed looks like it will fall apart any minute. This will be my first and last time staying there. Paying over $300.00 was over priced for the room I stayed in. Fooled by their advertisement. Oh and the staff attitude does not make it better. 😡

Very accommodating

The property was nice! But be careful of the parking garage across the street. They have one with limited spaces in the hotel or you have to park across the street above the water park. When we were checking in a police said a persons car was just broken into. Just don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle.
