Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff, and comfortable room

Easy checkin, large clean rooms with views over harbour, excellent breakfast with lots of variety. We used Porterservice to send our luggage back to Oslo, and staff were helpful in taking & keeping the luggage safe, until it was picked up early next morning. Excellent location for walking around, close to shopping.

Excellent location, near the shopping area and tourist info counter is just opposite. Excellent restaurants in the area. Near the harbour and Bryggen.

Good range of fresh produce for breakfast. Friendly staff and flexible.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and they had nice amenities. Only a thing I’d say was frustrating was that the bed was divided as two of twin beds making a double/queen instead of just having a queen.

The bed frame is squeaky, the matress is too soft (not supportive).

Our room was spacious, comfortable and with a view over the harbour and city, especially magical in the evening. Staff were very helpful at all times. Breakfast was superb with a range of delicious, healthy choices. The location is superb, directly opposite the Tourist Visitor centre and easy walking to many places of interest. Loved it!

Great location and breakfast. Our room was on 6th floor at the rear of the hotel overlooking a loud vent which meant opening the window at night impossible due to the noise. Loud bottle drops into a bin also didn’t help. We were not able to reduce the temperature of the thermostat below 22.5 degrees which made for a stuffiness in the room.

Room was small. I booked for 2 beds but it wasn't prepared for us. And the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Hotel was close to central and bus stop and train station

The location could not be beat, right across from the fish market. Tourist info, fjord cruises. Loved this place. I am a 72 yo solo traveller.

The Hotel is in an excellent location.
