The hotel’s location is super! Very central abd close to everything. Other than that, the rooms were given to us are very tiny, luckily I was alone in the room. The hotel has different rooms, although they say all the rooms are standard, they are not! All in sll, it was a clean hotel and the location is great!

The location is fantastic! The room we had was very nice. The breakfast is great. They even have lots of gluten free options. One improvement would be to provide a hot pot with teas in the room and a refrigerator would be helpful, too.

Great location, rooms clean & comfortable, just a bit small, hard to have open 1 suitcase each. Would have liked to have a small fridge in the room to keep milk, dips etc.

Quick and friendly check-in. Hotel is in great location- directly across from harbour and fish market. Close to shops and easy access to tours. Breakfast was usual hot/cold options and v good value. Room was good size and clean. I found the bathroom a little on small side, Just felt the shower room was a little on small side. V compact with small sink and shower.

Great location and safe nice building. Very helpful staff that helped us switch from an interior room with a window to the loud industrial central courtyard to a room with a bay window overlooking the fish market. Some scuffs and tears left by previous tenants had not been repaired. Breakfast and even free coffee are not included with room.

Wonderful breakfast!

Clean, well maintained, extremely small room, could barely fit our suitcases. Comfy beds, slept well. Confusion taking stairs, at lobby level door locked, sign said to push button. the button at he door turned out to be the emergency alarm, the button to open door was further back

Central location for all that Bergen has to offer. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Good selection of food at breakfast. There was an air con unit outside of the room which was noisy going all night which disturbed sleep.

It was a clean space with a great location for downtown Bergen

This was such a nice treat after our Norway adventure through small towns with small showers! The room was spacious and well-laid out. Even with the couch having to be opened for our son, it was still comfortable. Also plenty of surfaces to open luggage, tons of hooks for coats, and enough shelves for us to be able to be comfortable and not constantly opening and closing luggage in one spot. The bathroom was equally comfortable with a wonderful shower with enough space to wash your feet without having to do fancy contorsions - and again plenty of shelf space to lay out and open three toiletry bags easily. While we did not do the breakfast, I took a peek and it looked plentiful and wonderful - this is one thing that most Scandinavian hotels can claim - a wonderful, balanced, healthy and plentiful breakfast spread - and this hotel doesn't seem to fall short. The location is perfect - right in the middle of all of it - a quick walk from the ferry stop, and a quick walk from the metro stop, as well as close to all the tourist spots. Finally - it was wonderfully clean and well-maintained. All in all: highly recommend!

First time to Bergen and this was a prime location for everything! Beautiful scenery from my room, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Room was very clean but also a little too warm. Thank god the windows opened a little for a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! One suggestion would be to make breakfast free like all other hotels I stayed at in Norway.

Amazing Hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfast very nice. Only issue there was no room cleaning service for the entire week which was surprising.

The breakfast and location were great however the rest was just ok. The worst was the view from the room. It was an inside alley with other windows and kitchen staff that were emptying recycling at all hours.

Very reasonable price, by Norway standards. Excellent location, overlooking the harbour. Well positioned for bars, restaurants, boat trips etc. The staff were also friendly.
