Excelente Ubicación y trato del personal

Reservation was made for two nights. Arrived first night to a room with no air conditioner. Notified front desk. Hotel provided accommodation in a very small room with a bed suitable for only one person and our reservation was paid for a room for two. Had to change rooms again the next morning. Breakfast buffet was limited. Small space and slow service for coffee. We had used the Indigo franchise before and this hotel did not meet our expectations based on past experience.

The hotel was fine, clean and reception staff helpful. The lobby could be more comfortable and attractive. I was bit disappointed. I've know the hotel, for years,since it was just Hotel Tirol and family and friends have stayed there through generations, I chose it for that reason and because I know that area well and love it. We did not like the bar/ restaurant attached. The atmosphere was good but the manager not very pleasant or accomodating and food, although menu looked good, was so-so. It only seemed to cater to, and want to please large groups.

Central location, with helpful staff. My room was clean and cleaned everyday. There seem to be a slight drain smell but nothing unbearable. A great selection at breakfast

Clean room, great staff service. Convenient location.

Wooden floors create a huge amount of noise from other rooms. Chairs moving, footsteps, banging around, doors creaking and slamming. Carpets create a calmer less noisy, more comfortable atmosphere. I must also have had the water pipes coming down past my room as I got the whoosh of water coming down from above when someone presumably uses the shower or toilet. I asked to move rooms as a result and this was actioned for me without hesitation. Nice hotel overall and the room I had in the end was quiet and relaxing but it could have not been relaxing stay if I’d have stayed in my original room with all the noise.

Nice rooms although lighting was poor. Close to metro

Our stay was our final day and evening in Madrid prior to departing. Very kind, helpful staff.
