Bed was really hard but other than that! Everything was great!

Room was clean, hot breakfast was good

This hotel is in bad shape as far as cleanliness. I'm not sure how it received high ratings in the past month unless people were staying in better rooms than we were. The hall carpet is really dirty, and the room is so badly in need of a paint job. It really looks sad and let's one wonder how clean everything else it.

I liked the affordability. I had my grandchildren whom I haven't seen in some time! It was great to see them and have then stay with me! There was plenty of room for is with the King suite!

The front desk person (Natassia, I think) was very nice and helped us get checked in quickly! It’s an older hotel, but was clean. The room had a weird smell, but once we turned the AC on, it went away. Overall, the money was worth it. We were there for barely 12 hours, just a quick overnight stay.

Natasia was rude, obviously has no experience in customer service, I thought she was security the way she walked around mean mugging people and making people feel unwanted there. I feel bad for the people staying long term paying all that money for terrible service I told them to go to in town suites they deserve better! Natasia hates her job! The girl at the front desk!! Beautiful soul!

I really liked the service! The ladies working there at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Some things like the flooring on the elevator needs to be updated, the curtains in the rooms also needed to be updated due to holes in them and the screens on the windows also needs to be updated. Overall the room was very clean except for the floor in witch needed to be cleaned by a steam cleaner. But it was ok and me and my son loved it there and felt like we were at home.

Dark, dingy, and weird odor in the room

The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Skip hotels.com and book directly thru the hotel. No hidden charges that way. Spent $75 more than the website told me bc of hotels.com.
