Disastrous hotel. Right from the service to the staff, each one is a disappointment. Starting from the reception - Miss Jagruti & Ms Neha, to the lady on the phone in the in-room dining, to Mr. Adnan - all are a joke and nothing else. They have no idea how to treat their in-house guests. They think that rudeness gives them assertiveness. Pull up your socks, guys. Even the room is in a dilapidated condition. In the washroom, the taps dispense water outside the washbasin 🤣. The sanitary is outdated and terrible will be an understatement.
