The hotel is great. My family and I were happy to stay here. However, it's not stroller-friendly, and homeworkers have to carry large suitcases up to the room because there are only stairs. Hopefully, it will be more wheelchair-friendly. Thank you.

A nice hotel to stay at, conveniently located near Rap-Rap Harbor, which is only about a 10-minute walk away. What stood out most was the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff, who were always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the service is good, and the place is clean. The swimming pool is clean and safe, because there's a children's pool too. The view is beautiful, and there are many facilities. The Wi-Fi is always on, and there's a smart TV, so you won't get bored in your room. There are also refillable drinking water supplies, so you don't have to worry about getting thirsty and don't have to bother bringing water. I definitely want to stay there again 🥰

Hotel food needs to be considered in terms of variety and taste, given its distance from the city and crowds. Resort hotels, being far from the city, are fine; however, on-site activities could be maximized, such as extending pool operations beyond 6 p.m.

The hotel’s outside garden, nature, and mangroves are beautiful. The room is old style. The lobby and the hall are not very neat and clean (cigarette ashes, smoking odor, floors are not very clean). The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is tasty, but the breakfast quality needs improvement. You can’t really use the beach because it is actually a jetty. This hotel is great if your vacation interests are for diving/snorkeling to the islands. The diving center from the hotel is great.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the spectacular view, particularly from the deck and jetty, where we could enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful scenery. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal escape from the busy city. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff was super friendly, from check-in to check-out. Especially since we brought a baby, it was very easy with all the amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel. We hope to return again 😊
