The hotel is a bit abandoned, they need to remodel the lobby, elevators and rooms.

Confortable limpieza excelente.importante aclarar q las huellas biométricas cuando se entra a Colombia no sirven para tener la excepción del impuestos. Piden sello y eso no lo colocan pasaporte si usas biométricas

2 staff for the entire hotel. Was like a ghost town. Rooms were lacking decor and amenities. I checked out after one night as and forfeit my second night as I didn’t want to be there.

Bed are exelent and confortable. but during nights time there is so much noise due ambulance coming in and out .

Very large rooms

The view was nice, the bed was comfy and the room was large and clean. The continental breakfast was very basic and lack of choices. but was enough to get the day started! However, the flooring was installed poorly so every time you walked it cracked and there was gaps in the flooring. It didn’t hinder our stay but just a point to be made. Orlando was great and was so helpful when he helped us to our room. Overall, it was a good place for the night that gave us a nice night view of Cali which was what we were looking for!

The room doesn’t have curtains and in the morning the sunlight hit you at 5:30 am. And the shower head was so low and short, have basically to put my body against the wall to be able to shower, and the water doesn’t have pressure at all.

The hotel is very active. Many different groups stay here for events around the city. The hotel restaurant is very good and their spa service too. They were also helpful with taxi service. The rooms were super clean. I would recommend this hotel.

everything was okay just the ac not big enough for the room. Only 1 working elevator for an big hotel.
