This hotel was a three star hotel. There was nothing to suggest that we were staying in a four star hotel. Very basic hotel. Rooms were very small. No much information when checking in, you are supposed to be a mind reader. There was no tea o coffee facilities in the room. No iron or iron board. When we complained the Manager was not interested or helpful. The only positive about this hotel is that it was very clean. I would not recommend it or stay there ourselves again

Within walking distance of cathedral and shopping area. Comfortable and clean. No restaurant available on a Sunday.

Very nice hotel but can be noisy from Road and other quests.

No tenían parking y no te daban opciones pese a estar reservado. La habitación tenía defectos como el papel de la pared colgando. El ascensor tenía borrados algunos números. Había manchas en el mueble de la cama. La WiFi era de muy baja calidad y con gran dificultad para conectarse.

Our top floor room was too hot with the aircon not effective

Very nice hotel. Good sized room. Comfortable. Decent location 10-15 mins walk from the old town. Convenient parking for 12euro.

Beautiful property Amazing after small town Alberge on the Camino de Santiago!

From Pamplona our camino this year ended in Leon and this hotel was perfect for tired peregrinos.

The staffing was quite friendl

Room was of a good size and very clean and well presented. Bathroom also good size with all required amenities. Parking was on site and o ly 11 euro per night. Great location for sights of old town. Would recommend.

A nice hotel. A 20 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is across from El Corte Ingles, and it is hard to miss as there is a large sign on top of the tall building that houses the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong and hot. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. There are also some restaurants and cafes nearby. The check-in was easy, however we were not provided a map or given any information about where things were, but we had our phones (though we saw others provided with one). The young lady working the front desk when we left was pleasant and helpful. If the price is right I would stay again.

The hotel was incredible. Clean!!! The area is great! The staff was over the top!!! Incredible. I will stay there again!!! A+++!

Stayed here whilst motorcycle touring. Cheap on site underground parking for bikes. 10 minute walk for beers at Plaza Major.

A lovely stay

My stay was quite fine, the hotel is clean and has everything you might need. The breakfast was also good even with Covid restrictions. This is not a modern or design hotel but it is centric and you can count on the personnel’s help for anything, they are really nice.

Generally a nice hotel, but wifi not available for much of our stay. Reception not much help with updates.
