One female staff was exceptional.The others were OK. I found 2 cockroaches in my room,took pictures,informed front desk and they moved me to another room .They should have done more, in my opinion.The manager said sorry about that .On their website they advertise a fitness room which presently does not exist.They should remove the pictures from the website.

My stay was wonderful, I found the room very clean and cozy. I booked the suite, and it was all I could have asked for, It felt like a well divided bachelor apartment. Will definitely be back.

Great spot for a staycation

Nice and close to the amenities we wanted, such as Exhibition Park, Bayers Lake shopping and restaurants as well as Halifax shopping center. Staff was great, rooms cleaned, we had a renovated room but my daughter didn't. Breakfast was good, however a big fruit bowl would have been good for my grandkids and a pancake warmer would be wonderful. Free parking is great also.

Parking easily but they don't offer other options for breakfast. Staff were helpful

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Close to public transport downtown.

When booking, it was never stated that the fitness room was closed. The beds were not made in the rooms and only minimal cleaning was performed. It was noisy by our room, and I had to call the front lobby to deal with this last night. I did not receive a check out confirmation and notice that the damage deposit was refunded. Not happy.
